I couldn’t be happier with the grooming service! My girl looks absolutely adorable 🥰 clean, fresh, and styled with the cutest little bows. The attention to detail, from the perfect trim to the gentle care shown, really stood out. She came home happy and comfortable, which tells me she was well taken care of. Thank you for making her look and feel amazing 💜 . I’m so glad to support a wonderful neighborhood business that puts so much love into what they do. Highly recommend! 🐾✨

I really liked this grooming spot until they cut into my dogs nipple. The next time I came I specifically let them know to not cut my dog’s belly because she got irritated from the shaving and the cut. When I picked her up I noticed they still shaved her belly and now my poor baby is itchy and irritated again. 😭

After months of grooming my own pup- I decided to take her to the professionals!\n\nI truly did love the online booking system - most places, you have to call in, which makes scheduling appointments difficult for me when trying to schedule ahead of time. Top Flight Paws scheduling system was a breeze, and they were attentive of the notes and details I passed over.\n\nRest assured when I arrived, the front desk notified me they would call me if any problems or issues arrive as I told them this was my pups first time getting professionally groomed! This was such great news - really eased my worries about the entire process. The groom was quick on top of everything as well! She smelled great, and looked beautiful, and I can tell they genuinely love and care for dogs.\n\nThey also gave me notes about her behaviors during the cut (she was nervous, but I knew that coming in) and let me know other helpful information - this will help me prep for bringing her next time. Definitely will be returning!
