I'm very happy on how they've treated my dog. The groomer is very patient and explains everything you need to know about what your dog needs.

Love this place! John is really great with our dogs. They are always so happy and excited when we bring them here and the shampoo he uses smells so good! Ever since we discovered Heart of Chicago, we don’t take our dogs anywhere else.

Took my new dog here for his first nail trim and I’m so happy we found the right spot the first time! John is super patient and really takes the dog’s wellbeing into account. With a new, anxious shelter dog, I was worried about the first grooming experience. But I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

John is awesome. My Leo didn't let a groomer go near him, especially around his head. John was patient with my boy, he allowed him to be curious and was respectful of his tolerance to be groomed. John was able to groom my Leo at Leo's pace and he looked great. When we walk into the shop Leo is comfortable and has made stride in his grooming tolerance thanks to John.

Moved to the area recently and happen to walk by this place. I walked in as I needed to get my dog groomed. I am very happy to have luckily found this place. John is great. Very personable and professional. He really cares about what he is doing and that passion creates a place me and my dog will continue to visit for all grooming and brushing needs.
