I’m always nervous bringing my two cats in but we had a really good experience. We didn’t have to wait in a stressful lobby, vaccines were done in the exam room with me, they had plenty of treats, and were super transparent with pricing. They had feliway in the cat room which I (and my cats) appreciated and let me stay 10 minutes past my appointment to ensure my cats didn’t have a reaction to the vaccines/flea preventative. I’ll be back!

Initially I thought this place was great when I brought my dog in with a leg injury but it quickly turned into one of the WORST vet experiences I’ve ever had.\n\nFirst when I asked why my dogs meds weren’t filled in the “up to 24 hour turn around time” they state themselves the tech was very rude and took that personally for some reason and I had to cringe through a very unprofessional and immature conversation.\n\nThen the surgeon that I was supposed to consult with never got in contact with me after multiple attempts and they not only never followed up but when I refilled my dogs meds they were confused as to why she needed them as if they couldn’t just…check her file.\n\nAs a result of lack of care my dogs well-being suffered.\n\nThey don’t care\nThey don’t follow through\nThey do not deserve your business.

One star.\n\nOn day 3 after Whopper’s surgery, we brought him to ZippiVet Arboretum for a follow-up because we were worried — he was panting, lethargic, and the surgical area looked swollen and inflamed. The vet examined him and told us this was “normal” for a large breed, gave us no antibiotics, and sent us home.\n\nFour days later, Whopper died from what we now know was likely an infection that could have been treated. If this vet had shown any urgency or taken our concerns seriously, our boy would still be alive. We trusted them to help us, and they failed us. We will never forget the pain and regret of that day.

If your pet shows even the slightest reactivity, this clinic will require multiple “happy visits” before doing anything. Once you jump through those hoops, they’ll still turn you away, claim they’re scared of your pet, and send you home with anxiety meds instead.\nAfter paying for the meds and waking up at 6 AM for an early appointment, they STILL refused treatment because my pet yelped. Of course they did—needles hurt. That’s a normal reaction, not aggression.\nThis place is disorganized, inconsistent, and incredibly frustrating. They waste your time, money, and energy, then refuse to provide care. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT take your pet here.

This place killed my son’s perfectly healthy 2 year old Great Dane during a routine neuter . When the brought him in because he wasn’t eating or acting normal they were told he is fine and 2 days later he died . Do not ever use these people !! We were told by the vet where he passed he had a terrible infection.
