⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️\nI can’t say enough great things about this groomer. I have three dogs — two Cocker Spaniels and one Giant Schnauzer — and they’re always excited to come here. The team is patient, gentle, and truly professional.\n\nEvery visit, my dogs come back looking beautiful and calm, and I can tell they’re treated with real care while they’re there. It’s hard to find a place you fully trust with your pets, but this k&a has earned that for me. Highly recommend!

Something has changed with K&A. I feel horrible and disturbed by our recent experience. I have used and loved them for many years, but I feel very sad and angry by what happened during the last two sessions. On 9/30 I emailed asking for an appointment with the groomer we ALWAYS request (I used her name in the subject line and body of the email). They responded only with a date/time (no mention of the groomer). We took him (our 14 year old shih tzu), on10/7 expecting our beloved groomer. Afterwards we noticed he was groomed poorly, but said nothing because we love our groomer and this was a one time thing. When we emailed the next time, and asked again for her, they responded with a date and time (NO mention of her not working there any more). I emailed back and asked to make sure it was indeed our requested person, since the last time did not seem like it was her. That's when I realized I had been blatantly deceived: They told me she had left back in September, and that someone else groomed him last time. They said who it was and that they had let him go. I told them I was upset by their lack of transparency--their deception-- in two different session requests, but that I would give them another try. Bad decision.\n\nToday (12/30) I took my frail, old, deaf pup in. His groomer told me she was running a "tad bit behind". Exact quote. I reminded her of all his physical and emotional issues and let her take him. Usually the sessions take 90-120 minutes. At 140 minutes, I called to get an estimated time for pick up. She said she was WAY behind and had not even started him yet. My anxious old dude had be sitting there for 2 hours, waiting! I said, "Never mind, don't do anything with him, I'll be there in 5 minutes to get him, I'm done with you all". When I got there, I could not get anyone's attention to bring him to me, so I started into the back room. I was yelled at to stay out of there. I said: "bring me my dog right now please". They said "he is being bathed". I raised my voice a little, "You told me 5 minutes ago that you hadn't started with him. I told you not to start. Bring him to me now. I do not trust you with him. I told you to leave him be". They said they had to "dry him first". I said "bring him to me wet". They would not, and we went back and forth. They kept refusing. I tried to go in to get him. I was called a trespasser and told I was very rude and to leave the building. I stepped outside, held the door open and continued to say over and over---"bring me my poor old dog or I will ask the police for help". "He is wet", they continued to respond. Desperate and worried, I called 911--they heard me do so. They finally brought me the dog. He was so shook up and so was I. It was terrible.\n\nIf there was a camera in there (which they say there was), all of this can be verified. Also, I have copies of the emails in which they chose not to disclose that the groomer I asked for was no longer there.

Couldn’t be happier with our Luna’s haircut. We have lived all over the country which unfortunately comes with many different groomers. K & A does such an incredible job but today’s groom, they outdid themselves. The groomer took time to listen to what I had hoped for and 100% met expectations. Luna looks so adorable! Thank you K & A for doing such an amazing job!

Before and after! I thought I had picked up the wrong dog? She looked so beautiful.\nI would highly recommend K&A grooming!\nTammy did such a wonderful job! Will Definitely be coming back!

Highly recommend K & A Grooming. My pups look forward to their appointments now! They offer a calm environment that is clean and organized. Always done in a good time frame and super friendly. 5 stars!
