Fancy Pets

To start, everyone at Fancy Pets are incredible kind and I appreciate how they handled the situation. I brought my husky in and within the hour, I got a call that he is all ready to pick up. Thinking that it would take 3 hours like any other groomer, I was running errands and picked my puppo up while rushing. I got home and he shook getting out of the car and looked like it was snowing. I called up fancy pets, they wanted to make it right, I brought my husky back in and they brought me in the back and showed me what they did and then did it all again for about 45 minutes. I explained that usually it takes 3 hours (probably 1 hour of sitting, 2 hours of work). Fancy pets says they pride themselves on now having the dogs sit unless waiting for their owners to pick up (this is awesome!).\n\nWell, even after the second try, it still wasn’t great, I brushed him with a light brushing at home and took off tons of hair. I’ve been to groomers in Colorado, in north scottsdale, and even when I’m traveling and have to hit up a petssmart, let’s just say that I’ve never had this happen.\n\nI paid $125 for this and left a substantial tip in the effort to be kind to a small business. I had a better grooming at a $60 petssmart… My dog will not be returning.\n\nAgain very kind, willing to try again, Could not execute a good grooming for a husky.

Ron the owner is very nice, Steven did a great job on both of my Shih Tzu's Duke and Dutchess. I will definitely be returning for their next grooming! Thank you Fancy Pets

Fancy Pet Dog Groomer is a decent spot with some pros and cons. The grooming itself was okay—my dog looks adorable and smells amazing, but the de-shedding service was lackluster and didn’t seem very effective.\n\nThe staff is friendly, the location is clean, and they offer good pet products, which I appreciated. However, a major inconvenience is their cash or check only policy. In this day and age, very few people carry either, so it makes payment unnecessarily difficult.\n\nOverall, it’s an average experience. If they improved their de-shedding service and offered modern payment options, it would be much more convenient.

Fancy Pets is great! Steven does a phenomenal job with my poodle mix. Their staff is professional, fast, and prices are fair.
