I recently boarded my fur baby here while I was out of the country for a week and was very happy with the service. My pup is a 12 yr old senior who is on multiple medications that have to delivered at certain times, and needs a gentle approach due to her anxiety and arthritis pain.\n\nHeidi and the staff at Wagging Tails were simply AMAZING with my pup and her needs. I received daily photo updates, I was able to bring her stuff from home to keep her comfortable, and I have never seen my pup so happy while I was away ☺️ I was able to enjoy my trip without a worry knowing my baby was in great, gentle, attentive and loving hands. The facility is clean, senior dog friendly, safe, and in a convenient location. Aside from this, you won’t find a better price for the level of service you’ll receive here.\n\nI’ll definitely be bringing my pup back here for future boarding needs. I highly recommend Wagging Tails Pet Resort!\n\n✨ Highlights from my experience ✨\n✅ Daily photo updates\n✅ Medication administration (at no extra charge)\n✅ Experienced staff with senior dogs/high-touch dogs/shy dogs\n✅ Safe and clean facility\n✅ Communication options: call, text, email, website\n✅ Fair, affordable pricing\n✅ Room/suite options (small, medium, large - the small was HUGE. Perfect for my 15lb dog)

I have been taking Lucy to Wagging Tails to be groomed for over a year if not longer, we have had such a great experience with Heidi and her team. My neighbor first told me about Isabelle and the great work she did with my neighbors pup, so we have been seeing Isabelle ever since. From the treats, suites and efficiency, it has been a great experience!

The personalized experience we get at Wagging Tails is fantastic! We were able to affordably board our 2 small elderly dogs for multiple weeks over the summer and they were expertly cared for! Even though they have a complex diet and medication schedule and are accustomed to being indoors in a quiet home all day, our little sweeties were cared for perfectly by the Wagging Tails family. We are so grateful to everyone who gives them hugs and snuggles every day!

I just want to shout out Heidi and Victoria at the front desk! They are absolutely incredible! The way they handle the front and every client that calls or walks in is with the most care and love and it shows. We love Wagging tails. The whole entire team cares and is so compassionate about every dog and cat that is under their care. I love how they handle each person/dog/cats needs in a very personal way. Hands down!

I took our Shih-Tzu puppy to get groomed and Rachel did a fabulous job! Pearl looks so adorable. I was hoping she’d have a positive experience ~ she left with her tail wagging!
