Amy did such a great job with my pup! I booked a first time appointment over the phone and the whole process with being a first time client was very easy. She did a great job grooming my dog and more importantly I really appreciate how comfortable she made my dog feel during the grooming. I only positive things to say so thank you so much Amy and we will see you next time!

Took our newly adopted adult Shih Tzu mix today and had a great customer experience! From the first appointment call to drop off and pick-up. Both owners are matter experts and genuinely care about their profession and furry customers! They took the time to listen to our possible concerns and suggested exactly what we needed. Our 🐶 is a whole new personality! Will be coming back and glad to refer them in the future. Pricing is beyond reasonable. Thank you 💕

Took my Golden Retriever to Elite Paw Spa and had a great experience. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the pricing is really reasonable. One of the things I love most is that it's an open environment, so my dog was free to roam and didn’t have to sit confined somewhere. When I picked him up, he looked and smelled amazing, and he seemed totally relaxed and happy. You can tell they really care. We’ll definitely be back!

Great experience! Love the individual doggy holding spaces! Michelle and Tina did a fantastic job with our barking toddlers! Our toddlers were sparkling clean and smelled nice. Loved the neck ties, nice touch! Our pooches have found a new dog spa! This is it! Super pleased! Prices are reasonable. Service was excellent! Thank you! :)

Was a great place to go to? Don't know what happened can't get ahold of anybody anymore. Tried for 2 days. Nobody will answer the phone. Don't know if they're in business or not anymore, thanks.
