Arrived this morning to have our Golden groomed but the guy was 15 minutes late. He complained about his hip replacement and bad back and the size of our dog, which we told him a month ago when we scheduled. Tried to make it our problem. Place looked trashy and smelled bad. Did't feel comfortable leaving our dog so cancelled the appt. If you love your dog don' use this place.

Yay for Mr. and Mrs. P's!!! We tried to take a dog to Bark and Babies in Scottsdale this morning, we made an appointment last week and then when we got there they said that they overbooked themselves and couldn't take him because he has some matted fur. Our dog is a mini goldendoodle. We do our best to brush him, but he's still a puppy so it's hard and we seek help from a professional to groom him. Long story short, we left, upset and I called Mr. and Mrs. P's because that's where we used to take our family dog before he passed. Mrs. P was nice, encouraging and told us to come in right away! We are on our way. She also stressed she isn't about speed grooming like so many other places are. They did a great job on our family dog so I can't wait to see how our Bentley Boo turns out! We are on our way now! :)

We have been taking our Maltese to Mr. & Mrs. P's for nine years...they have done a great job with her...and she loves to go there...she gets excited when we're about a block away from the Salon. I highly recommend Mr. & Mrs. P's.for any size dog.
