It is very out of character for me to write a review, it has to be a distinct experience. I have been loyal to Furballz since I moved to the area, everyone has always been so kind and helpful. I recently got my dog groomed at Furballz as we had a good experience the first time. Although this time it feels as if everything went south. When I first called they said they were booked out and the price was a but more expensive then I had remember or intended to spend. I got a call later that day from which they offered me a discount for allowing my dog to participate in a “working interview” for a potential new groomer. They insured that my dog would be overseen by multiple people during this interview. I agreed and scheduled an appointment for that week. The morning of, an hour before the appointment, I get a call from Furballz from which they told me that their potential groomer had cancelled the interview. They said they were going to take away the discount they originally offered for my dog’s appointment that day. I was astonished, as I work in customer service and I would never refuse something promised an hour before an appointment. I decided to take my dog in anyway, as he was in desperate need of a groom. In dropping him off I was told he would be ready in 1.5-2 hours. After 3.5 hours of not hearing anything, I gave the shop a call from which they said their pick-up text must have “failed to send”. My dog had been sitting in a cage for who knows how long waiting for me to pick him up. After picking him up, I noticed he had been licking his paws more frequently than usual. I noticed he had been shaved raw on his paws, to the point where he was bleeding. Obviously I cleaned them and took care of them but I am writing this to make others aware of not only the hardships that I my dog and I went through. I am moreso concerned for other dogs getting shaved incorrectly or too short and the potential of infection.

I brought Zeke here for grooming on July 1, and they were under new management since my last visit. I was confused about the new pricing, which varies based on the amount of hair they get off. Luckily, they were able to honor the price I was used to paying at $95. They even gave him a few complementary add-ons: Colloidal oatmeal treatment and blueberry facial. I was amazed at how soft his fur was and how amazing he looked after the grooming! Even his paw pads were soft and moisturized! I highly recommend the service.

I have know Sean for some time and I reached out to him for help with my dog Mylo, he developed a skin condition and I took him to vet and she just said oh its just a seasonal skin alergy. Vet visit and meds and big bottle of medicated shampoo that was 35 dollars. None of it helped. Sean asked what food he was on and told him and I stopped. He's been on zsignature for two weeks now and his skin condition is clearing up. Thanks Sean. From mylo and myself

Highly recommend Furrballz. All of the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Our dog is a rescue and can be nervous. I really appreciated they took time to get acquainted with him. He looked great after his groom and his fur feels so nice and soft. To me, it says a lot that he did not seemed stressed afterwards which tells me what good care he received. Thank you to everyone at Furrballz we will definitely be back.
