The grooming service at this store disappointed me. We did a walk in appt for pawdicure, which included a bandana, we were not given, also the 2 girls who worked there is rude because they kept saying my dog does not have updated rabies, i was confused because my dog’s rabies expires 5/2026, they took her anyway, but after the service, the “manager girl” said they cannot take her unless the rabies is updated, they kept questioning about her birthday or the vaccine date in a way making me feel like I did something wrong, making me very uncomfortable. Her attitude changed until I showed her my dog’s vaccination record.\nI do not want to come back to this location anymore, people working at other petsmart grooming are so nice and welcoming, I do not need to be treated as a student made a big mistake.

incredibly rude experience with the cashier Jessica at this location today for my own lack of knowledge on certain dog food brands- i'm a first time dog owner and learning everything i can about best food for my pup. Jessica was not at all insightful or remotely helpful and frankly made me feel like a nuisance for not knowing these things. I truly meant no harm in my lack of knowledge\n\n- a customer who's trying her best

Outstanding service. Great selection. Amazing attention to cleanliness.\n\nWent with Mike Truty.\n\nHe has an anxiety in the toy area and we used a chew toy to help him settle.

Went here to pick up my cat litter as they were sold out at my usual location. I went inside the store to pick up my purchase. Unfortunately I had gotten there early and it wasn't quite ready yet but they were able to expedite my purchase so I could get it right away. Then one of the employees of the store helped me to get it in my car. Thank you very much for going above and beyond.

All of the employees are very helpful and kind. My puppy had an accident in the store and they helped me right away and didn't act like it was an inconvenience. The people at the checkout counter are pleasant and knowledgeable. I've always had a great experience with the groomers as well.
