Always a great grooming session for my almost 16yr old pooch. He hates pics, but trust he looks fabulous

They called to apologize for the poor grooming they did to our pet and that their groomer only had two months of experience. They said they would return the money in exchange for removing the review because they didn't want to be affected. But they aren't thinking about the emotional damage to us and our poor pet waiting for its fur to grow back, as well as its sensory hairs, which were also cut (hairs that help the animal maintain balance and perceive its surroundings through touch). Unprofessional people in no way.

The groomer was professional, gentle, and very convenient. I was worried Scout would be on edge but the groomer made him comfortable and did a great job. Definitely going back again

I wanted to thank Tanna for another terrific groom of my shih tzu, Sandy. Wonderful, on time friendly, professional service. It is nice when Sandy wags her tail upon seeing Tanna and is still wagging her tail after the groom. Thanks again.
