Although my initial experience at the shop was less than ideal, the owner’s prompt outreach and willingness to make things right truly changed my perspective. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I returned, but from the moment I walked in, I felt reassured.\nI was greeted by the groomer Ronaldo , who presented himself professionally and immediately made me feel included in the grooming process. He listened attentively to my concerns, explained each step, and even offered helpful tips for managing my dog Bella’s sensitive skin.\nFast forward to the end of the appointment: when he presented Bella to me, her haircut was exactly what I had hoped for. She looked adorable, and it was clear she had been treated with great care. I am genuinely grateful to both the owner and the groomer for providing Bella with the VIP treatment she deserves. I hope this level of care continues in the future.\nI am giving this shop a 5-star review based solely on how thoughtfully and responsibly they handled the situation. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.

My second time taking my cat Moss and a really good experience. Also the first time I ever had a cat get a haircut. She is a plus-size domestic - she came from an abusive home and has some eating issues; so she had some mats on her back.\n\nShe also doesn't like being touched on her back and sides. However, they said she was very well behaved so they must be doing something right as she doesn't let me groom her in any way.\n\nMost remarkably, she came out a more confident cat after the haircut. She snuggles now, sleeps in my bed, does NOT attack when touching back and sides anymore, and is remarkably more present in the apartment - all new things that started the day of her haircut. Very unexpected.\n\nI took off one star for the perfume, which many people seem to like, so I am an outlier. I'm too sensitive to it and it seems like they really poured it on. It's 3 weeks later and I am trying to wash it off of her. Maybe consider asking about that beforehand.\n\nAlso the price seemed much higher than some other places, BUT they always have immediate availability and on the weekends no less , so that is also more than other places. I'll likely be back.

I took my two cats here for a bath and had a great experience! The staff was super kind and attentive, and both my cats came back home smelling amazing. I was a bit worried at first, since they can be picky and sensitive, but they seemed comfortable and relaxed once we got home. I really appreciated the care and gentleness with which they were treated. I’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Highly Recommend\nI took my dog Max to Zen Animals Clean and Holistic Pet Spa and had such a great experience. His haircut came out so cute and the whole vibe was calm and professional. What I really appreciated is how upfront they are about not traumatizing pets. If they can only do one paw that’s all they’ll do and I respect that so much. It shows they truly care about animals and not just the service. Monica at the front desk was super kind and welcoming which made the whole visit even better. I’m definitely coming back with my other dog and my cats. I highly recommend them.

If I could give this place a zero I would.\n\nMy dog came in this past Saturday to be groomed. Once he was picked up and taken outside my partner noticed visible cuts on him. He went back inside and addressed the receptionist.\n\nShe stated that his fur was matted (it wasn’t) and he got nicked. That should have been addressed immediately upon arrival but it was not.\n\nOnce he got home I then noticed he had more cuts. One his body, hind leg and his private area. I believe there is more but he won’t allow me to touch him much. My dog can barely walk, isn’t eating and is laying still.\n\nMy partner called and was told through text btw that he had a skin irritation and that what we were seeing was from the skin irritation solely.\n\nThe stories has changed dramatically the owner s unwilling to take calls and they like to respond to issues through text. No one is taking responsibility for the butchered job that was done to my dog and I am HIGHLY upset and disappointed.\n\nEDITED: I really wish I could respond directly to your response but I can’t so I will add my comment here.\n\nYou’re stating that my dog had a skin allergy but that was not shared at time or pick up. Nor was that ever something that was brought up during any other grooming services or even by your team when he came in the past. With that being said what does a skin allergy have to do with visible cuts and nicks? My dog was unable to walk properly for weeks after his visit. We had to literally pick him up to take him outside. He hid nicks near his privates, close to his tail, under his tail, his hind leg, and upper body. My dog was literally CRYING.\n\nI had to demand to speak to the owner because she did not want to deal with the situation. You have piss poor customer service. When your wrongs were addressed you refused to take accountability for your mistakes. Instead stating that you have professionals that have been grooming for years. Now that might be true however they are humans and all humans are subject to error. Again when I spoke to the owner, which I am sure it is you. I pointed out many inconsistencies with the time stamps and photos. I still have all of our communications in my phone and I could easily share them to show how totally unwilling you were to accept any accountability or to even offer a mere “Sorry” for the botched grooming service my dog received. Instead you chose to give a word salad of excuses and that is totally unacceptable. I wish I had taken videos as well and more photos because what I have isn’t enough and people who are potential customers need to see how careless you are with caring for animals before they decide to do business with you.
