So glad we found you guys. Jennie does great work and our boy always comes home looking and smelling great. And soooo soft. Jennie gave him a great summer mohawk and turned him into a zebra for Halloween. Amazing!!!

They’re great with Friday. Our pup can be a diva sometimes.\n\nI feel like they tolerate her sass…\n\nThey always do a great job. She comes back looking great, feeling softer and smells better.\n\nI do kind of wish they didn’t leave her mane as we’ve asked this time around, but there’s always a next time.\n\nWhenever our dog leaves their place, I always find it really funny because they shape her butt. So whenever she walks downstairs, she has this huge badonk that just shoots up into the sky.\n\nGreat place. Highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my dog Ruie here for grooming and have always appreciated how kind and welcoming the front desk and daycare staff are. This has nothing to do with them — they’ve always treated Ruie and me with warmth. My review is specifically about the grooming service provided by Elena during our most recent appointment.\n\nI gave clear instructions for Ruie’s body to be lightly trimmed just to even out his coat, and for his head to be taken down to about half an inch. Instead, his body was cut much shorter than requested, and the grooming looked choppy, as if clippers were used hastily instead of the careful scissor work she normally does.\n\nRuie was also nicked on his sanitary trim, and the hair that helps male dogs aim properly was completely shaved off — something I did NOT ask for. This has created unnecessary discomfort and inconvenience for him. When I’m paying $140 for a groom, plus a tip added before seeing the final result, I expect the instructions to be followed and for my dog to be handled with care.\n\nAt this point, my trust is completely gone. I do not feel comfortable bringing Ruie back for grooming services after this experience. I’m not even concerned about receiving a partial refund or my tip back anymore. I simply want my concerns to be heard, acknowledged, and taken seriously, because this level of service is unacceptable — especially for a dog I care so deeply about.

I’ve been sending my pup Suki to Brooklyn Paw House daycare for over a year and I cannot recommend them highly enough! All of the staff truly care so much about all their pups and take such good care of Suki. They noticed a small cut on her nose that she got a few weeks ago hiking and immediately texted me to check that everything was alright. They post frequent updates on their instagram page all day so I can see how much fun Suki is having with the other dogs. She literally runs to the door every time I drop her off, so I think that says it all! So grateful to have found paw house, absolutely love supporting this local small business!

I've been going here since before they moved locations to their current location. It's always a pleasure, and I highly recommend them. They've always been very accomodating with helping me manage my two dogs' grooming appointments. I hope they're able to bring back boarding some day!
