Very disappointing experience. I asked for a simple grooming for my Border Collie, but they ended up cutting his coat like an Aussie and even charged more than expected. When I brought it up, they only apologized and did not talk about anything about any refund and I couldn’t say anything….\nWhat concerned me most was my dog’s behavior afterward—he seemed low energy and unhappy, which is not like him. Since switching to a different groomer in Bothell, he comes back happy, relaxed, and even excited to go, which really shows the difference in care and handling.\n\nUnfortunately, I would not recommend based on my experience.

Phoebe absolutely loves PupScrub! It’s the only groomer in the area that truly lives up to their walk-in nail trimming promise, which was such a relief to find. After her first nail trim, I decided to bring her back for a full groom and I’ve been coming ever since!\n\nI started taking Phoebe when she was around 4–5 months old, and they’ve consistently done an amazing job. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and genuinely care about the dogs.\n\nScheduling is always easy, and they’re super accommodating when it comes to fitting her in. The best part is when I pick her up she acts like she doesn’t even want to leave, which says everything!\n\nHighly recommend PupScrub to anyone looking for a reliable, caring groomer!

I recently took my collie to pup scrub and I was so impressed with the overall experience. Not only did my dog's coat look great , but the staff were so attentive and thoughtful. My pup was a bit challenging as she is a puppy and not yet comfortable with grooming. However the staff were so calm with her. They suggested that I come in for a treat anytime that I'm in the neighborhood to help her get more comfortable. They clearly care deeply. We will definitely return!
