A person I got to know, last year told me about this place! Irene Anderson! She had nothing but great things to say about Nancy. Well I got to meet Nancy for myself, I was in a tuff situation and I had to surrender my cat! Nancy didn’t judge me or my situation she was happy to help the best way she could. I’m very greatful I was able to bring my cat to a safe and wonderful place like the The whole cat and kaboodle. I’m very greatful too meet such a giving and caring and kind hearted woman like Nancy! Thanks again Nancy. I do recommend coming here for all her services.

We adopted Mercy November 2024 and this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She was 13 at the time and she immediately picked us when we walked in. The staff here is amazing and I felt like they really love and connect with the cats. They helped us along the process and gave us plenty of time to make sure we were a good bond. They answered any questions we had and they made sure we were well prepared. I would recommend going for a session to meet the cats even if you aren’t looking.

So amazing, I cannot say enough. I brought my four kids in and the staff was so sweet. They had about 15 cats in the room for our visit, most of them were about six month old kittens\n\nLots of toys for my kids to use to play with the kitties. They also had complementary drinks while we were in our one hour visit.\n\nWe loved it and we’ll definitely go back

I just stopped by this place for the first time during my walk. I love cats so I thought I would check it out. I was welcomed by two beautiful cats who checked me out and I think they smelled my cat and thought I am ok.\n\nThe young lady at the front desk was very friendly and she explained to me the difference services they provide so I am going to get my cat in for a bath and nail clipping.\n\nThey also sell food, toys and treats which is so convenient since I live close by.\n\nThe only thing I will recommend in a nice way is to do something to minimize the strong Oder from the litter boxes. Cleaning the boxes more often and using a different litter will solve this problem. I know that by experience. Cats are so clean so working on the litter boxes issue will make a happy ge difference in the place.\n\nBut again it's a beautiful place. I can tell they care about the cats and love them.\n\nI will be back soon to take care of my cat needs and to also pick up some food to help support the place. Friendly staff & that give you knowledge throughout the adoption process. That shows that they really care for these little guys. Which is a huge plus & rare. Also you can leave them at their pet hotel with staff that genuinely care. When you go to vacation.
