Relocating from California meant finding a new doggie daycare we could trust, and The Dog Stop has been amazing. My pup gets plenty of playtime and always comes home tired and happy. The staff is consistently kind, attentive, and professional. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

We had a great experience at The Dog Stop today. Our dog absolutely despises nail trims and manages to wiggle her way out of them every single time. Even our vet hasn’t been able to trim her nails, so we’ve been searching for someone who could help.\nWe decided to try The Dog Stop and were so pleasantly surprised. Logan was calm, patient, and clearly experienced. Not only was he able to trim her nails, but he also used the dremel to grind them, which we’ve never been able to accomplish before.\nWe’re incredibly relieved and grateful and have already scheduled our next appointment. Highly recommend, especially if you have a dog who struggles with nail trims!

Update: They actually called back and offered to touch up our dog to meet our expectations. I really appreciate their willingness to take feedback and listen to our needs. Our corgi came out looking much fresher, cleaner, and better groomed than before. It shows they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and are willing to make things right.\n\nPrevious review: Extremely disappointing experience. I brought in my fluffy corgi who has a long coat that needs special care and attention. My partner had clearly instructed the staff to trim her paws, lower belly, and rear area neatly — yet none of that was done. I even paid extra for every possible add-on on their menu, expecting a proper grooming session. Instead, I got back a damp dog who looked like she’d just had a quick rinse. Her coat was left frizzy, rough, and completely unbrushed. For the price they charge, the quality and attention to detail were unacceptable. This place clearly does not know how to handle long-haired breeds, and I will not be returning or recommending them to anyone.

Took my pup Oscar here for his first daycare, and it was a great experience. The staff were super friendly and made drop-off really easy. When I picked him up, he was happy and tired — always a good sign! Definitely coming back.

Logan is the best! Unfortunately when I boarded my dog he sneezed all the way home. I called them and they said he did not sneeze there? I took him to the vet the next day and he had Kennel Cough. The bill for the vet was $160. I gave them the bill and played phone tag. They did not want to pay and wanted to offer some kind of deal. Unfortunately, I am now looking for another groomer. He had all of his shots. I have a lot of good references from neighborhood.
