Took my 7 month old Mini Aussie here for her first grooming. The team was so incredibly kind, and I knew she was in good hands! Jess was the groomer that took care of Poppy, and she was fabulous. Excited to have found such a wonderful spot to bring my dog back to!

I highly recommend Kristi’s Grooming! Nicki took such great care of my large, elderly goldendoodle who has hip issues. She was gentle, patient, and made sure he stayed comfortable the whole time — and he came out looking wonderful.\n\nThe owner, Kristi, clearly cares about both the pets and the people who bring them in. She made sure I felt comfortable leaving him there and even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy with everything.\n\nTruly great service and kind people. I’ll definitely be back!

I see from reviews that a few people have had negative experiences. I think this can happen but it would be rare at Kristi's grooming. For example, I went to a posh restaurant, very expensive, not long ago, and the salad and entree were both BORING beyond belief. So disappointed, yet mostly they get rave reviews. Anyway, from what I could see, the dogs were happy and the groomers were doing an excellent job. My Labradoodle was clean up down and sideways when I got him back. I also told a friend to take her Shitzu to Kristi's and she also had a very positive experience. Do give Kristi's a try. One other thing: the groomer there noticed a spot on my Doodle's hind leg and said it might be worth checking out. I had not noticed it. I appreciate that extra care. My friend and I will continue to patronize Kristi's as our doggies will be in good hands.

The worst nightmare of a grooming that my dogs ever had. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother coming here. Scheduling mess ups twice, topped off by having my husky malamute dog almost shaved nude on his body, hack job on his neck that they tried to cover up with a scarf. 5 1/2 HOURS later I picked him up. I didn’t realize how horrible the job was because there were so many of the staff surrounding him until I took him to our car. Not his first grooming, but definitely my last here.\nNow we’ve got to protect him skin in our heat or he will probably get a sunburn.\nI stated several times to Zoe the groomer, what I was looking to have done yesterday.\nThey didn’t listen and proceeded to sheer my dog. I am beyond pissed and angry !!!!\nDon’t know if I should cry or scream.\nIt’s now been 6 months since Kristi’s groomer got ahold of my dog. He’s still naked!! I’m not sure at this point if he will ever get his new top coat in. 🙏🏼

I always take my German Shepherd to Kristi's Grooming, and they do a great job every time. Today my pup was nervous and had an accident, but Sage handled it with so much care and professionalism. I really appreciate how wonderful she was—thank you, Sage, you’re a true champion! Highly recommend Kristie’s Grooming.
