My dog Luna is very intelligent and needs new experiences and different kinds of stimulation, so I found this center, The Dog Stop, to give her the opportunity to meet new friends and play. I think she loves it. I like that they have cameras so I can monitor her activity, and all the staff are very friendly. The place is very clean and well-organized, the prices are reasonable, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that I'm leaving my dog in good hands. Do I recommend The Dog Stop? Absolutely! 💯

I’m extremely disappointed with the manager and staff here. It’s been 2 weeks since our pup had to leave this place due to an unfortunate incident with him biting one of the handlers at the end of his VIP membership. Since they claim to be a transparent business I asked to see the video from the day the incident happened. The said they would get back to us but they’ve been dragging their feet on this… still have not heard from anyone… I’ve called numerous times every other day now all my calls are going straight to voicemail… which I find extremely suspicious. We are in the process of working with a trainer for our pup and they are requesting this video so we can see what triggered him to bite and help him get through challenges he was having at this daycare. The Dog Stop staff made it seem like they wanted to help us but actions speak louder than words. The only one good thing that came out of this unfortunate situation is that our pup hasn’t been shedding as much from all the stress. It’s clear no one here has been properly trained by a professional to handle dogs. They just hired who ever likes animals. What a waste of $400! Our poor pup we’ll never know what happened as he has been traumatized from the dog stop he’s reactive to when a leash gets put on him and taken off at daycare. I’m curious if he was hit with a leash? That video needs to come to light what are you guys hiding? The cameras in this facility are not all accessible to pet parents just the play yard so they can try to make it seem like it’s a fun environment. Whatever information I was able to pass to our trainer from the people here he strongly stated it was failure on the manager and handlers part as to why our pup bit them. And the a that dogs typically only bite out of fear. He’s going to do his best to help him recover from this day care and he back to the happy sweet pup he is. If you want a dirty stinky dog returned to at pick up and possibly get mistreated behind the scenes where cameras are not visible this is the place for you. If your looking for experienced people who will take good care of your fur baby, keep them clean, safe, have patience keep communication with you LOOK ELSEWHERE! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!\n\nMy dog Oliver is a tough dog to handle. He has behavioral issues and can be reactive. The staff at The Dog Stop went absolutely above and beyond for him and even got him to the point of being able to play with other dogs.\n\nThey wanted to learn everything they could about him and his behavior, they even wanted me to relay the info from his behaviorist to them so they could learn Oliver's triggers. They also helped me through my anxiety associated with Olivers behavior and helped put my mind at ease.\n\nThey are incredibly communicative. They always gave me a detailed run down of Oliver's day and sent pictures and videos. Especially Jesper - Jesper is an absolute amazing kennel tech and I am so beyond appreciative. The level of care and dedication does not go unnoticed.\n\nUnfortunately due to Olivers behavior, it has been agreed that it's best for him not to return to daycare. Though the staff completely exceeded my expectations and really tried everything they could to allow Oliver to attend daycare. Oliver is a TOUGH dog to manage and I appreciate how hard they tried to make it work.\n\nThe facility is top tier, clean, quiet, highly trained staff. I can't think of a single negative thing to say.\n\nThank you for loving Oliver and working so hard with him. Words cannot express my appreciation!

Started taking my 1 year old hound mix for daycare recently and it’s been such a lovely experience. He absolutely loves coming and they do such a great job caring for him throughout the day. They have very spacious play yards and they even have cameras for daycare so you can watch your pup play! I’m really happy to have found such a great daycare nearby to my work that my dog loves going to. Thank you to The Dog Stop for being so welcoming to my hyper puppy.
