Excellent facility. All the equipment and setup you need to wash your dog. A great option was the nail-clipping, which was impossible at home.\nIncl the nail-clipping (which their staff member does) it was about $40. Well worth the money, and you don't need an appointment. I was a walk-in 3 times and there was always plenty of available booths. Knowledge, capable staff. Highly recommend this place.

Great place to have your dogs groomed at. There are several self service wash stations, at least 3 grooming tables, a few kennels. I drop off my dogs for a groomer who can rent a table. There is also a great pet food store that carries higher quality dog food. I have dogs, so not sure about other types of pet foods.

I'm so happy that I can bring my dog here to the bath and not have to pay $50+ to have it done at a commercial grooming establishment. Price is good, plus my dog can pick out a toy and a treat afterward. It's almost like he is warming up to baths! Great size tubs, friendly staff (that are there to help), and they have all the supplies you need (shampoo [even for sensitive skin], conditioner, face and ear cleaner, scrubber and towels). You can also groom your dog here as well. I also like the fact that when you're done bathing/air drying your dog, you can leave, no messy clean up! They do that for you, especially since my dog sheds in the bath.

I rescued a large dog 3 weeks ago and it was hard to try to bathe at home, plus so messy! We tried The Soggy Doggy today and had the best customer service from Emma. She greeted us at the desk, explained the process then showed us all the shampoos and conditioners that are all included in the self washing stations She got us all started and she stayed so positive while my huge dog barked and howled most of the time. The blow dryer was such a good idea! She reminded me that it’s all about the dogs and she helped ease my mind while I was embarrassed by my dogs sounds.\nIt was totally worth the money and I will be taking him back every month!

Like it a lot 🤣😄 I'm Prince.I likes it there @ soggy doggy in Kent, it's nice and the staff is nice to my mommy ( dog owner ) I want To shout out to Lori the groomer that was there and I thank her for helping me with Prince. Prince has some issue with his eye but she helped me to take that patch that he had in his eye and she was nice enough to help me. Thank you, Lori the Dog Groomer. Until Next Time 😃😃
