Bay Paws has been amazing for our golden doodle Brady! The staff is always professional and genuinely caring, and he’s excited every time he walks in. Julia’s grooming is outstanding, Brady consistently comes home looking perfect. Grateful to have a place and people that we trust. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our first experience with Bay Paws was boarding our 3 dogs for five days.\n\nFrom booking to pickup the entire experience was amazing. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. While we were away they update us on our dogs stay with text messages and photos.\n\nThe facility is beautiful and clean with so many options to choose from. We cannot recommend this facility enough for the care of your pets.

I absolutely loooovvvveeee Bay Paws and their staff. I started taking my beloved pup (Kobe) there last year after several horrible grooming experiences. Prior to my first visit with Julia, I explained to her how I was nervous about taking my pup to the groomer. I told her how the last groomer cut him so low that he had burns all over his tiny little body and they lied to me and told me that he had a rash from being nervous. My pup never had burns before so I didn’t know that was the case until after the fact. Months later I met Julia and told her about my experience and she reassured me that everything would be ok and that she would take great care of Kobe. She asked questions about him and how I wanted his cut and explained the process of getting there. Our first meeting with Julia was great. She took her time to comfort Kobe and get acquainted before taking him back. There were lots of belly rubs. Lol. Julia text me and communicates with me throughout his grooming sessions. If there needs to be any changes she lets me know immediately. She is so patient and kind with Kobe. She does not rush. Kobe is always happy and looks incredibly handsome every time he is groomed. I 100% recommend Julia as a groomer and Bay Paws as the place to do it along with other services. They are awesome!!!

I have been so impressed Bay Paws and my dog loves it here! I’m actually, a bit further away, but I work in downtown Tampa and have been having a hard time finding a daycare that I can trust, and so far they have been incredible. I have been bringing her for doggie daytime daycare and my dog comes home exhausted. The staff all seems so kind and knowledgeable, not to mention the facility is very clean! Super thankful to have found this place and will be continuing to come! :)

Bay Paws is full of extraordinary people. They took excellent care of our 2 mastiffs for 2 years and then have helped our sweet female deal with the loss of her big brother Scott and become a brave solo dog. No hype, no gimmicks just really good people being very good with dogs !
