HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been taking my English bulldog to Brian since I moved to az which is coming up now on 5 years. Brian is one of the most genuine & kind humans and dog lovers I know! He goes above and beyond to ensure my fur baby is in great care and will be looking fabulous after seeing Brian and his team! Even after I moved farther from Man's best friend, I still drive to get my dog bathed there! That says a lot about customer experience and exceptional service!

Last time i took my boys in Ashley shaved my pups tail. I spoke to her directly and asked her not to trim it more than an inch. Picked my dog up and she shaved his tail again! She said “well that’s what i did last time”. My dogs ear had a good cut in it. 5 minutes after picking him up i cut these two hugh clumps out of his ear hair. Left the owner a msg but no call back. Don’t injure my dog, disregard my instructions and expect my business. Don’t go here if you love your dog!!!

Brian and his Team are the best, I never see a team giving so much love and care to the dogs. I normally go and spend time with them at the shop to see how much love and dedication they have for dogs. Believe me my dog it’s wild and as soon he know we are going to see Brian and his team he gets more wild. Brian and the team give him so much love and care that some time my dog just want to stay there having fun all day. So make sure when you go to the shop talk to Brian and his team their are the best. I go every months and they do all the grooming trimming and cleaning for my dog. Also a lot of different options of bandannas and anything else your dog need. Brian and the team are on time. Some time I feel bad when I arrived 2 minutes o 10 minutes late to pickup or drop off because they have their schedules so organized. If you looking for the best Groomer for your dog, this is the best place in Scottsdale, Az.

Hands-down, one of the best groomers in town. We love bringing our dog Zoe here and she always has a good time comes back relax nice and soft. Smells good and they always put a bowtie on her love this place so much that I bring my dog here four times out of the year to get her groomed of nails done ears until trim. Thank you guys again and again for all your guises our way.

Was very nervous to groom my 🐶. He's a wee bit feral, and does not always tolerste grooming(despite desensitizing him) . Brian and his team were wonderful! They were patient and just worked too make it a positive experience. We will be back!
