I cannot say enough amazing things about Gretchen and Personal Pet Care! I feel so lucky to have found her. She is the only person I trust with my pup when I’m away. Gretchen goes to great lengths to ensure my girl has everything she needs for a healthy and happy stay while I’m traveling. She communicates consistently and sends frequent check-ins so I can see how she’s doing. Gretchen truly loves my dog as her own.\n\nBeyond pet sitting, Gretchen has even helped me during an emergency when my dog developed an ear infection the night before a big trip. I’ve been counting on Personal Pet care for the past 7 years. Gretchen is extremely knowledgeable and caring towards my 3 doggos that all have different needs. I always get them back better behaved and happy. She is a true dog lover and my dogs love her, including my high anxiety lab. I know I can trust her and count on her! My husband and I travel a lot and it’s so nice to know she’s got them. She communicates well and I appreciate her updates on my pups. Thank you Gretchen, you are simply the best!

We were lucky to find Gretchen and even luckier that she accepted our two boys after an interview and two hour meet and greet. Dogs are a good judge of character, and mine can definitely tell the difference between good and bad people. They know she is good people and Gretchen is at the top of their list and our list!\n\nMy two dogs instantly bonded with her and now get very excited if I tell them we are going to Gretchen's or if we go near her street. She is compassionate, caring and concerned about the well-being of our dogs.\n\nShe also won't accept anyone and works very hard to make sure each dog is compatible with her other guests. She is more than a dog sitter - she is a friend, fellow animal lover and just a wonderfully interesting person. She has loyal and long-time clients, which is a true testament.\n\nWe won't take our dogs to anyone else and each time we call we keep our fingers crossed she isn't already fully booked. She is truly an extraordinary person, and definitely earned the "Dog Whisperer" moniker.

Gretchen does a fantastic job with our Sophie. She loves to stay with her and her little frenchie buddies. Gretchen was also helpful when we were training Sophie and gave us lots of good advice. We are really happy to have Gretchen and personal pet care.

Gretchen willingly took care of my senior dog Emma in July despite a serious health issue. She came through again on New Year's Eve, 2025 with a last minute dog sitting request. Gretchen, thank you for taking such good care of Emma!
