Club Pet Resorts DIA

I am so happy with everything Club Pet DIA does for my dogs, Luca and Allie. They always ensure their safety. On their last visit, Allie decided to explore other kennels and jumped on the wall. Something she has never done at home before. The staff, specifically Sam, caught her in the act and made immediate changes. They were moved into a room where she could not explore anymore. I also want to recognize Jasmine who was one of the many people who answered my calls. I love their system of having me waiting on the phone while they take care of the problem and then return to the phone saying it was resolved. This puts my mind at ease. Additionally, the policy of not having the staff on their phones when they are supervising dogs is so appreciated. I know this is difficult, but it shows their commitment to the job and our fur babies. The person who bathed out dogs contacted me to confirm playtime after their bath which was so appreciated. Aidan and Ondrelee were our van drivers and were so pleasant. They put us at ease and their love for animals was obvious. You are all doing a wonderful job and your hard work and dedication shows and the love and attention you give to our fur babies when we are out of town puts us at ease. Club Pet DIA is the BEST!

Club Pet is a wonderful place for your Pet. Maggie loves it and very happy as we approach it each day. Everyone there is friendly competent and love animals. Maggie was boarded there for seven weeks and was well taken care of. Joey and Kim were great and they walked her in and out every day when I returned and had a hard time walking they also helped me in many other ways. All my needs were met with a smile. I have been to many places over the years and by far this is the best.

Thank you Club Pet Resorts for taking such amazing care of my dog Ellie! I can always trust your team to take care of my baby while I'm away. The airport shuttle is also fantastic and shout out to Aidan for going above and beyond to make sure I didn't miss my international flight today after I forgot my phone and needed to go back and get it! The team always answers the phone while I'm away to give me updates on Ellie and makes sure to go back and check on her to give me a real time update! It's truly a special place and I could not recommend it more!!!

Simply fantastic! Everyone that I interacted with was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers. Our dog was happy and healthy when I picked him up. Outstanding convenience for airport trips. I'll definitely book another stay.

I was in a tough spot last year when I moved to the Aurora area and trying to find a place to send my dog while I worked my 12+ hour shifts. Club Pet Resorts was a GODSEND!!! They are open 24/7 for boarding, and let me come in early and pick up my pup Suki late for daycare if work kept me longer than expected. It’s apparent that the staff here love dogs (and cats), and I’d always get an update when picking up Suki at the end of the day about daycare. I love that you can log onto the cameras and see what your pup is up to daycare! They also do dog of the week and I was so excited to see my pup up there last December.\n\nI definitely recommend their grooming services as well. I’d send Suki to daycare and come pick her up all clean and fluffy!\n\nI also used Club Pets for boarding when I had to catch a flight, and the parking shuttle service was a really nice bonus you can add on if need be.\n\nWe sadly moved, but I know if I’m ever back in the area, my Suki has a safe and fun place to stay :)
