Dr. Dick and Dr. Fitzpatrick are two wonderful humans and I love the care that I received at Urban Paw. I recently went in because my little Bella just turned 18 a couple of months ago and had been struggling with kidney disease. I had to help her cross the rainbow bridge a week after my first visit and I knew I wanted to go back there because of the care I had the first time. I was in communication with Dr. Fitzpatrick the entire week prior to me bringing her in one last time, and not because I was calling or texting, but because she was calling or texting me. It made a world of difference to feel loved and supported during that time and I’m very grateful for everything they’ve done.

I brought my pup, Sauce Boss, here after he started limping. We had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Fitzpatrick and Emily (the wonderful assistant with endless treats). Sauce Boss isn't a big fan of vet visits, but they took their time to make him feel comfortable and enjoy the appointment. The room we were placed in was large and comfortable, with a big orthopedic bed for our pup.\n\nUltimately, we were delighted with our visit, and plan to continue seeing them in the future.

Urban Paw Veterinary and Dr. Dick provided expert, informed, and deeply compassionate care for my aging dog, including taking a realistic approach to different treatments and what wasn't worth the expense. They guided me through incredibly difficult end-of-life decisions with honesty and empathy. Every member of the staff treated both of us with kindness, patience, and respect during an emotionally overwhelming time. I am profoundly grateful for their support and highly recommend Urban Paw to anyone seeking thoughtful, expert veterinary care.

Dr. Dick at Urban Paw and the lovely ladies who coordinated Bentley's care were super easy to work with and kept me updated the entire time. Bentley cracked his tooth up to the root on Christmas Eve and I was able to be seen within 30-min of making the appointment. They assessed his teeth and scheduled his extraction the following week. I was given treatment options and costs, and was able to make an educated decision based on what was best for me and my pup. We left with pain meds and antibiotics and he had his surgery and has been perfect ever since. Bonus... they take Care Credit and are just really nice people

I cannot say enough good things about the PT my dog received after suffering a spinal cord stroke. Urban Paw was able to get him in for a PT evaluation the same week and got him plugged in for therapy the following week. The two PTs, Beckie and Kaylen, truly pour their heart and souls into getting your pet on the road to recovery. You can tell they are truly invested in progress each session and meeting your pet where they are at with their needs! Their care and work with my dog provided so much hope and comfort that he’d make a meaningful recovery- which he did! Although his function will never be what it once was, he’s made huge progress and is now able to independently go about the things he loves most- jumping onto the back of the couch to watch the world go by, terrorizing the neighborhood squirrels and attempting to herd my 5 year old daughter. I’m forever grateful to Beckie and Kaylen for all their hard work and giving my family our sweet boy another shot at living his best life!
