Been going to this pet clinic since 2020. Originally, we had a older dog and younger cat and our dog loved the vet. We loved the fact that the clinic seemed to charge fair prices and we were seen in a timely manner and only once or twice a year. While our dog loved the vet, our cat does not, so wait time was important. When our elderly dog passed away, they sent a beautiful and thoughtful card with condolences.\nNow we have the same cat (older and senior now) and another younger dog, both of whom dislike the vet. I've noticed over the past few years that prices have gone up unreasonably and it feels like we have to pay for care every other month. I feel like this is a cash grab to get money for an office visit and having to take my super nervous dog to the vet and wait in a room for half an hour for one shot is not at all ideal. I'm not sure what happened, they used to get most or all of their care at one or two visits per year and the visits were always efficient and decently priced. Now, it seems they have less staff, higher prices, and higher wait times. If we moved here today, I would not go here for care and it seems they need to be realistic about booking appointments, respecting that not everyone's animals are eager to go to the vet just to sit nervously in a room.

If you are paying with Care Credit, stay away. I had a $2,500+ bill from them and had to use care credit. I told the front desk girl to put me on the longest 0% interests offer they had. I recall it being over 24 months interested free and I was relived because I knew I could pay it in that time frame. Come to find out she signed us up for 60 months at 20.9%. I would have never agreed to that as I can get much lower rates with my personal credit card and even go for a balance transfer at 0% with a 4% fee. Now, after calling Care Credit they say they can only change to 6 months 0%. On a $2,500 charge the is ridiculous and feels even insulting. I lost any trust I had with Green Valley Ranch and moving my pets records somewhere else.\n\nAfter their reply I’d like to add that I have used care credit for over 15 years and the promotion offered at the clinic has always been granted. I have never been told one thing at the clinic and then Care Credit change it. Your response does not make sense as this is 100% on your clinic and not care credit. Your clinic selects the financing option. You can’t say one thing and then on my billing statement is something totally different. That’s illegal. Unfortunately I did not save my receipt to fight it but I know I did not sign 60 month plan at 20.9% April.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for over two years. He has received great care every time we are in the office. Love that they’re bilingual and are welcoming and friendly. One negative constant issue is that they have a hard time pulling up past test results. Don’t call because Donna at the front desk is very rude and will talk over you. Other than that I would recommend this vet center.

This is honestly one of the most compassionate vet clinics I've ever been too. They actually seem to care about animals and not just making money. The environment isn't corporate and uninviting instead it feels like a family doctor clinic. Every single employee has always been kind whenever we've gone in. They're all knowledgeable as well. The vets are also very kind and caring. I honestly wish we would have gone there sooner with as long as we've lived in the area but grateful they're now our family vet.

This vet is truly lovely and caring One of our babies was dying and the vet checked in to see if we were ready to put him down. We were, but our baby was terrified of the vet, so we kept him comfortable with the vet's help until he was ready to go I took a different baby in and they offered to see another kitty, but honestly, she was abused before we got her, so crating her up sends her spiraling. We explained that and they didn't push it. Just very caring and kind.
