AWFUL PLACE !\nI took my lab here for 8 years and for the first 7 years they were great and reasonably priced. Just 3 months ago one of the “substitute” vets noticed a 8 inch mass on my dog and said he needed to go into surgery because of how big the mass was. So i scheduled the surgery and went in a week after finding out about it. He went in for the surgery and after he the surgery he went 2 weeks without eating ! I called the vet and asked them what was up with that and they said it was normal for him to lose his appetite? FOR TWO WEEKS!!?!?!?!? So i decided to take him to the er instead. After that i had a post surgery check up and they said everything looked normal just a little fluid in the spot he had surgery which according to them is “normal”. After that visit my dog woke up in a POOL of blood (2nd picture) the picture doesn’t show ALL the blood but my dog couldn’t get up keep in mind he still hadn’t eaten since the surgery!!!! AND THATS NORMAL?!?!?!?!? so I called the vet again for the 10th time since the surgery with all these issues and with this issue they said and i quote “Well it’s not our fault your dog is bleeding there is nothing we can do about it.” I CRIED AFTER HEARING THAT. How are all of you people so heartless ! After that I took them to a vet hospital and they RUSHED my dog to the back didn’t ask any questions they saw my dog was covered in blood and took him straight to the back. NO HESITATION. Just how it should be. Please say yourself a headache and NEVER EVER take your dog to this slaughterhouse. Spent over 6,000 on this. Unbelievable

I boarded my three dogs for vacation. My two oldest dogs play together and sleep together for over a year now. The first morning I was contacted and told they got into a fight and one had bad cuts on her face requiring stitches. I was told it would cost about $440.00, I told them I could not believe this as they have always gotten along and sleep together at home all the time. The next day I had a message from the vet telling me the surgery went good and my dog was doing okay. That was the last contact I received before I picked my dogs up. When I picked my dogs up, you can see by the images what my Boston looks like, I could not believe it. Then came the bill, over $800.00 in medical expenses, plus the boarding, in total nearly $1100.00. WHAT? No explanation, no responsibility for what happened under their care. I asked if there was anything they could do with the cost as this is absurd. They said there is nothing they could do. I then went homer and read reviews on google as well as their Facebook page. I could not believe what I was reading, I also could not believe the clinics responses to the complaints. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this clinic, at least not for boarding when you leave your pets in their care.\nPlease use caution, this place is not professional.\n\nResponse to response.\n\nAs you can see by how arrogant the owner is by his response you can tell what type of business he runs. His Google review is only 3 stars, in my opinion 3 stars is mediocre at best especially for a business that cares for animals. I never requested a checkup as that is done at their regular vet. My pets play and sleep together to this day so it’s still hard to believe one of them attacked the other. You asked me to bring a copy of the contract in, I’m not about to have you read to me the line that states “we are NOT RESPONSIBLE. For the statement that “you did nothing but scream and belittle the 5’ tall receptionist to the point that she was almost in tears”, an obvious lie as my 2 children and wife were present. I would never scream at someone especially in front of my children. There were plenty of employees other than the receptionist as well as a doctor, if a customer was out of line I would think a receptionist would get someone else. One employee just sat there shaking his head. Please read the reviews, think about if what happened in the negative reviews occurred to you or your pets and how that would impact you before boarding your loved one at this place.

After years of trying numerous vet offices in the North area, I'm glad we settled on All Brick Veterinary clinic!\n\nIn the past we felt like either the services provided were not done with much care, or that we were just another source of income for the Vets. We absolutely never feel that way at All Brick!\n\nBig shout out to Dr Jason Brodnik for always taking my dumb questions and explaining things about my dogs so I don't have to freak out! (And not "selling" unnecessary extras!)\n\nHighly recommend!

****UPDATE****\nHer ears came out beautiful! See attached photos. After the swelling went completely down, and scabs fell off they’re perfectly even!\n\nI took my Cane Corso in for a show ear crop. Took her in at 730-8am they called around 1130 to pick her up. They had me scheduled 4 days later to get the bandages changed and again 3 days after that to remove the stitches and all bandages. Nova’s stitches have been out for 3 days now, and it does not look like I will need posting at all. I’m happy with her procedure. Although I do believe one of her ears is slightly bigger than the other, it’s hardly noticeable. They’re not completely healed yet so it could be swelling. Considering no one else offers the service that I’ve found.. I am overall pleased with the services!!
