It feels like your pet is the only one of its kind when you walk in the door. Each team member seems genuinely interested, caring and willing to go the extra mile. We've visited for two animals now and have been so impressed with the care. The vet tech and reception staff were so welcoming. The individualized attention, knowledgeable advice, and caring attitudes toward our pet are fantastic. Spiky Gold is off to a good start in life.

Everyone has provided amazing care with compassion, knowledge and skill every time I've had appointments. I'm very glad to have them as my 30 year old box turtle Rose’s vet. The front desk staff, vet techs and doctors have all been wonderful. They always have a heating pad warmed and ready to make sure she’s comfortable. I’ve taken my turtle in for beak and nail trimming, wellness exam+ blood test, and for a minor injury. We’ve seen Dr. Ruoff a couple times and she’s awesome! They even provided advice to help me build her outdoor enclosure. You can tell they care about their patients a lot. Thank you very much for all of your time and care. I appreciate you explaining all the options, process and handling my family with gentle kindness. The prices are reasonable and quality of care is well worth it. Gives me great comfort knowing my family is getting the best care and treatments.

Dr. Noto and his team were absolutely amazing!! Thor is very young and still timid of everything, and the the fact that they were able to take such good care of him and make him feel safe is so beyond me!! I am delighted I found Colorado Exotics!! Nobody could have done a better job.. Thankyou for taking such amazing care of my little one!! You guys really are amazing!! You made me feel very confident in my decision to choose Colorado Exotic!!

Dr. Guerrera was absolutely amazing. He took his time with us, never made us feel rushed, and truly listened to all of my concerns. I've had experiences with other veterinarians where appointments felt impersonal and rushed, like we were just another number, but this was completely different. Dr. G was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, and it was clear he genuinely cares about the health and well-being of the animals he treats. He made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and gave me real confidence in my pet's care. I'm so grateful to have found a veterinarian who shows this level of compassion and dedication, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional care for their exotic pets. Ray and Hannah at the front desk were amazing and knowledgeable about crested geckos - loved chatting with them as I'm a first time reptile owner. Ray talked to me for like a half hour the evening before our appointment because I was scared and worried about our gecko. They gave me so much helpful information and I felt so much better knowing we'd be able to see a vet the next day. The doctor was also SO knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and supportive. We feel very lucky to have found this practice and would definitely recommend to others!\nThe genuine interest and care they took to help us feel comfortable/confident in taking care of our crested gecko, and the care they gave him in the office to make him feel better are so appreciated!
