I am very happy with our experience at Mac's Pack (Centennial). My 9 months old puppy Graf needs socializing, but he is quite shy and gets scary with new environments. I really like how Mac's people work with new dogs, introducing them to other dogs one at the time. Graf is slowly getting used to this place, and he is happy, calm and tired after coming back home. This place is easy to find, it has a convenient parking, it's very clean, and all the staff there are so welcoming and supportive to a shy puppy and it's nervous mom (me)! ❤️

Emily rocks! She an amazing job grooming our doodle. Emily understood my vision and delivered exactly what I wanted. Her communication before and after the appointment was excellent, and I really appreciated the care she put into her work. Highly recommend!

I have used Mac's Pack for Daycare, grooming (bath and nails) and boarding services and I cannot recommend this team for your pups enough! Mac is a wonderful person, makes you feel heard when it comes to your pet, and genuinely cares for your pet! I feel as though she makes sure the team she leads models that same behavior as I have truly enjoyed every person I have interacted with at both Centennial and Englewood locations! My pup Malibu loves spending time with them!! Also special shout out to Luke too! He's been with the establishment at Centennial when it was previously under other management as Wagg's n Whiskers and he has amazing customer service and care for your pet as well!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mac’s Pack for both daycare and boarding. My dog absolutely loves it there and can’t get through the doors fast enough to play. The staff is amazing, and always meet you with a smile and a hug for your dog.\n\nThe power hour works out perfectly for me, I am able to drop off for a couple hours, just enough time for my dog to play and socialize. We have also used them for boarding, I have no worries leaving my dog with them, and she gets the benefit of running and playing and not being kept in a kennel all day. Thank you Mac’s Pack!!!

Can’t say enough! Mac and her team are amazing! My dog loves it, the staff are very attentive and good with socializing the pups. They even trimmed my dogs nails when 3 different providers including a vet were not successful due to his trauma.
