Highly recommend! Boarded my pup for 9 days during Christmas and they gave me several updates! Staff has been beyond great ! Khali is a 9 month old high energy cattle dog mix, and they have been exceptional inmaking sure she’s in a group that fits her best! I take her for daycare 1-3 days a week and she sleeps SOOO good when she gets home !

Edit: city bark reached out right away and apologized and gave a full refund.\n\nMy dog Callie is a sweet old girl and has been boarded frequently all over the country for the past 10 years due to my military duty. This is the first negative review I’ve written a boarding facility ever in 10 years. 3 times in a row I’ve picked her up and her dog bed has been soaked through with urine. She won’t be going back. She is a non-social dog and I board her alone so I do fear she’s neglected. I’ve also been a nurse her entire life and she can be left alone for my 13 hour shifts without urinating in the house. I pay extra money (honestly an absurd amount) for her to have the silver package and get taken outside multiple times a day and I wonder how long she is locked up for her bed to be soaked with urine each time I pick her up like this. The manager has tried to convince me it’s because they “washed” her bed. But if they are washing her bed in yellow potent smelling urine water I’d rather they didn’t. Also what kind of facility that knows dogs and dog beds would put an entire bed in the laundry when it has a nice zipper cover on it that can be washed, and then give I back to the customer drenched. It frankly doesn't make sense, and has never happened at any other facility in 10 Years. It’s not acceptable. The second time this happened the manager asked me if I’d like a refund or a full credit when I complained and she (Casey the manager) was very nice. I said I’d give them another shot and take the credit for her stay which was around $500. Well, when I show up the next time and the bed was soaked with urine again, they could find no record of this credit of course. The same manager, Casey came out that I spoke too and could not recall our conversation at all. They did give me 50% off the 3rd time, which I appreciate but it will unfortunately be my last time going to city bark centennial. This is clearly a giant urine stain in the picture, not a nicely cleaned dog bed.

I brought my pooch in for an evaluation daycare to see if he would be a good fit for them. He came home pooped and happy! The staff was very friendly, provided great info on procedures and answered all my questions. I will be purchasing a package so that he visits regularly.

To say my puppy had a great time feels like an understatement. Chase has been to numerous puppy daycare centers, but he really loved this one. I also love that he got to play in a pool on a hot day. The place is so colorful and the people seem to really love their jobs.

We absolutely LOVE City Bark! We have been taking our pup there the last 2 years since we moved to Colorado. They take such great care of our dog, and I never have the worry about leaving him there for boarding when we are out of town. The staff is fantastic, booking is easy and the facilities for the dogs are great as well. Thank you, CB for always treating our Ziggy Boy with such love and care!
