This place is wonderful! We found our new pet wash from here on out. The staff here is super friendly and helpful and the self serve dog wash can’t be beat. I don’t have a tub in my home and trying to wash my dog in the shower stall with glass doors seems like a recipe for disaster. The dog wash tubs at Chuck and Dons are nice and tall so it doesn’t kill my back and they come equipped with plenty of grooming tools and high quality shampoo and conditioner. The best part is how affordable it is. In an economy where nearly everything breaks the bank, it was nice to have my needs met at an affordable price. I’ve already told a bunch of my friends how great Chuck and Don’s is. My dog Lucy loves it and we will definitely be back soon.

The folks at Chuck & Don's are experienced - not just with store products and operations, but with their own furry friends as well. That experience serves them well in their jobs - and us well as return customers - when we pepper them with questions on a variety of products from food to treats to toys. We truly enjoy supporting our local pet store and look forward to our visits. They have everything we need, and plenty of options from which to choose!

Nice store with lots of fun things for dogs. Bought 6 bully sticks for my grand dog. I know he will love them. Staff was nice.

Kylie was fabulous grooming my 11 year golden retriever Louie! The staff is always friendly and helpful when looking for products to improve my dog's health! For specialty treats, prices are reasonable!

I have been buying my dogs food here for years. One of my dogs had been having some recurring GI issues that came to a head in early December where we went back to our vet for a very expensive full panel and every test under the sun only to deduct that the food we have him on is just too rich for him as he's aged. So we tried switching foods based on my vets recommendation. This was shortly after I had just bought 2 bags of our usual food at chuck and dons. Now that my dog's GI issues have cleared up following the change, I called and spoke to a manager to see if they would give any grace to return the unopened, unexpired bags of food (still less than 60 days since I bought) and they refused. I have previously worked in pet retail as a manager myself and know it's never impossible to return something. Will never return to Chuck and dons and will not recommend to anyone. Will be solely buying from chewy where they have compassion for pets and their people.
