We initially booked with the groomer we like but got put with Connor for some reason. Connor butchered my golden doodle. Asked for a wash and trim around eyes/privates. Got her back completely shaved. My dog also looked traumatized by her experience with him. Called to complain, Connor laughed and offered to refer me to a different company for grooming services. Definitely wouldn’t trust your dog with him.

Whether its getting training with Heather or speaking with Jason the manager to anyone on their staff they do an amazing job throughout the whole store 💯 customer service always top notch. As far as dog training with Heather. Ive signed both my dogs up for about every class they offer because Heather is an absolutely outstanding dog trainer. She is very friendly easy to work with and has more knowledge and time training than most any other trainer you could find!

Went in to buy a jumping spider for my kid asked three different times for employees help with getting one. Stood around for 25 mins. Then asked to speak with a manager. The manager proceeded to tell me that the staff was dealing with something mind you they were standing around talking. Then I was told I had to wait for the pet person to come because they haven’t clocked in yet. At that point I was very annoyed. The blonde women who is never very pleasant any time I have ever been in refused to sell me the spider because I said “I already heard all the excuses from the manger I don’t need you to explain it to me again.” This is the same woman who I asked the second time to assist. She said ok and walked away with her co worker and continued talking.

Poor customer service Store 1084. I purchased a dog harness on a Tuesday with a 25% off coupon. Unfortunately i purchased the wrong size. Went to exchange it next day WITH RECEIPT for the larger size Same Retail Price. At the register I was told I owed $6 more dollars????? Because I already used the coupon. That's Insane, all i wanted was an even exchange. The person at the register said He was one of the Managers. We argued and I got the even exchange. Then I went to ask a question I was told "you already got what you want". And was left standing. Seriously ???

Very disappointed with the grooming service. Do not pay for all the extras and deshedding.... It's a waste of money. I paid 79 for 90% less shedding and 20 minutes of brushing. None of which was true at this store. Not going back.
