Gleam Car Wash - Highlands

Long time customer, but canceled membership recently- love the concept, but the customer service and management are brutal. Many times my car was not clean or there was a line as employees were hanging out- while customers had long wait times. it’s expensive and it feels like the minimum is done and then they try and upsell you to more (see card in pix). I do not recommend them and it’s takes a lot for me to leave any sort of negative review.\n\nThe package my mom purchased as a gift was $75month:\n\nTOTAL TOTAL\nThe Best: 15-Step Clean & Protection\n$75/month\nSingle Wash | $39\nTriple Foam Conditioner\nUndercarriage Rinse & Protection\nWheel Blast\nGrill Brush (Fitzsimons Only)\nLava Foam\nHot Wax\nGleam Total Body Protection\nGleam Shine & Rain-X (Ceramic-Infused Protection)\nBlack Magic Tire Shine\nGraphene—Next Generation of Ceramic Technology\nLight Dusting of Interior Surfaces\nWipe Door Jams\nClean Windows & Mirrors\nVacuum Seats & Carpets\nMembership at Highlands Location ONLY\nStart Saving After Your First Wash!\n\n…I am not sure how a light dusting couldn’t get the visible leaves or the surface dirt on the seat etc here, but for $75, I can find a better solution. Thanks!

Such a GREAT experience! I put off detailing for over a year because I trust very few people with my vintage baby. I nearly didn't recognize her when they were done! Not only did the team do a great job, they treated my Geo as if it were their own. I was so happy with the interior (cleaner than I had ever seen it before!) that it inspired me to install a new sound system the very next week :D

Friendly staff that’s always ready to work! We did the interior and exterior and everything came out fast, clean, and well done. Prices are reasonable, and the Halloween décor made it fun. Only wish the waiting area had bigger chairs, but overall a great experience at Gleam Car Wash – Highlands.

I have been going here since they opened and it has progressively gotten worse. Today was the last straw. Every time I go I leave thinking "wow, that was not worth the money." Today I paied $44 plus tip and trash was left in my car, the screen wasn't even wiped, bird poo still on the window and dust still on the console. I also had my headlights restored here 2 years ago I think and it lasted maybe a year.

The WORST car wash ever! We paid $42 plus a 10% tip that was charged in advance. We were told it included drying the vehicle, cleaning windows inside & out, high powered blow-out of interior plus vacuum & wipe down of interior. The entire thing took 10 minutes. They barely dried the exterior & called it good. I went back in & demanded a refund & all they did was refund the difference between exterior wash & full service ($17) & then they weren't even going to refund the tip until I called them out on it! Save your money & pay the $6 for the drive-thru car wash at the gas station! I promise you'll be more satisfied with the outcome! I only gave them a 1 star rating because it won't allow me to give 0.
