My car got muddy over the weekend, so I went last night to get it washed. I chose the $18 "complete plus" which includes undercarriage wash and contour drying.\n\nThe first thing I noticed was that at the end of the wash, and after the "contour drying", my car was still covered in water. I drove for a while to try to get the water off and then went home.\n\nThis morning I noticed that there is still dried mud on my car's running boards. I looked over the car, and noticed that there were spots and streaks where the water dried, which means the water had something in it. Also I noticed that despite the "undercarriage wash", the wheel wells and underside of the car still have mud splashes as well. Also the rear window still has marks where I squeegeed it at the gas station a few days ago.\n\nSo now I have to go somewhere else to wash off the mud that this wash didn't clean and the streaks that were left from the rinse water.

Great... when it works and there's more than one autowash bay working. Unfortunately, there's always at least one out of order and normally two of the three are. And when one is working, who knows if the sprayers will actually be aimed at your car and not the one behind you. At least the front of my car got washed twice while I waited in a line that took nearly an hour. I wish there were more brushless washes in the area because I would never come back here.

I really love this car wash—always quick, convenient, and does a great job overall. The only area that could use some improvement is the drying cycle, so definitely bring a towel just in case. Also, the vacuums do require payment, which is a bit of a bummer, but the upside is that they have excellent suction. Still a great spot and one I’d happily recommend!

DONT THINK U GONE PULL UP AND GET A CAR WASH AND MOVE AROUND....AND NO FREE VACUUMS.....Idk what type of auto wash this is....but it is tooooooo congested in this area...THE STATE...for this type of situation where I'm stuck in line for over 30 minutes....to get my truck washed....this is too much! I COULD'VE PULLED UP TO A HAND WASH AND BEEN DONE BY NOW....THIS IS TOO MUCH...I am visiting from Oklahoma and we ain't even close to the population and I pull to my wash place and gone within 10 minutes....this is crazy!!! THIS IS A HIGH TECH PIECE OF GARBAGE

Always broken, long lines.\nI've had a membership since last year. Seems like a bargain except that 1-2 of their 3 automatic washes are down at all times. Literally not once have I seen them all working, including as I write this (only 1/3 operational). This leads to very long lines.\nEither maintenance is a mess or this is an intentional strategy to minimize operating costs since they make monthly subscription income regardless.\nThey should be honest and call it sort-of-autowash. If you value your own time, don't waste your money.
