Dr Hannah is so lovely, caring and thorough here. Their pricing however is way more than my CityVet in Dallas TX, and even more than suburban vets here in Denver when I talk to my friends. Really surprised about the pricing structure and lack of operational connectivity between the other cities they operate in. Makes me feel they are franchised.

I switched away from this vet for a few reasons and do not trust them with my animals. Firstly, they are not ‘fear free’ and told me my cat is not welcome back unless he’s sedated- I don’t know how they were handling him to get him this riled up…??Secondly, they prescribed my 12 year old dog gabapentin for arthritis. I went to another vet for a second opinion after the medication wasn’t helping, in which they tell me prescribing gabapentin is not a great first option for arthritis, since it treats nerve pain (not inflammation), it’s more expensive, and causes many side affects. Why would they not give the option for the inflammatory, cheaper drug with less side affects?\nI received basic care for my pets and had a decent enough experience with staff, however I left with the feeling this clinic does not have the best intentions for my animals nor wallet.\nGoodheart and Veterinary Emergency Group for emergency are who I recommend.

Don’t go here out of every vet I’ve been to I’ve never experienced such an inconsistent place that seems to make things up every time to get money. My dog has been on the same medication for almost 4 years. It’s been standard to come in once a year for a urine test and check up in order to keep her on the medication she needs and make sure she needs it. This is $160 a year for the appt which is fine but now it’s all of a sudden $350? That is ridiculous, all the prove my animal needs medication she clearly needs and has needed and will keep needing, without having meds for just one day she will be urinating everywhere. I’ve never paid this amount, never been told this, looked through my receipts and there wasn’t any charge like that for “once a year since 2022” so it feels made up. Also, any “check up” I’ve had is paying $160 for a 5min appt where they just tell me everything is great no tests nothing but yeah take my money babe! Not going to a vet anymore that makes things up randomly unfortunately.

Took my cat in after finding a tumor, and they quickly found a second, smaller one near her mammary area during the exam. They didn’t waste any time and scheduled her surgery for the very next day, which I really appreciated.\n\nShe had both tumors removed (one was pretty big and involved a lot of blood loss) plus got spayed all at once. I was super nervous, but the surgery went really well. She came home the same day acting completely normal eating, walking around, full of energy like nothing even happened. I was honestly shocked at how well she bounced back.\n\nI probably called way too many times to check on her, and every time, there was a doctor available to answer my questions. They were patient, kind, and never made me feel like I was being annoying.\n\nOn top of that, the price was really fair compared to other places I looked at, especially for the level of care she got. First night home and she’s doing amazing. I’m beyond grateful and definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a vet that actually cares.\n\nAttached is photo one hour after returning home from surgery.
