Wow I am so amazed at this location the fact that I can wash my dog, I can even wash two dogs at the same time with the help of a friend. Any questions I have for help they are open mind. The fact that this location has been there this whole entire time I never would have thought very small and intimate. Even interacting with other customers has been a really nice experience and good one-on-one when we are bathing our dogs. I even met a new friend so that was pretty awesome. I 100% would recommend this location especially if you are giving the same respect to the employees. There's always room for growth, but for my pass for experiences I have had nothing but kindness and informative information.

I had the nicest experience today at this location. Miles was an exceptional help in guiding me to another no pull harness as well as taking back my return that did not work for my pooch!! Thanks team Petco!

I always feel welcomed and leave happy! The staff is incredible and I enjoy that it's a smaller location. Gives me a kind, small town vibe. Thank you Petco team on E Colfax! You're wonderful!

Sam and Brandon (I'm so sorry if I spelled that wrong especially after I asked 😭) are literally the best. Their customer service is wonderful. Even though this store is tiny, I enjoy coming here because of them. Also, it's very clean and easy to find everything. My dog Winchester hopes to visit the store himself soon.

What a disgraceful display of incompetence, racial profiling, poor customer service, and hatefulness.\n\nToday I went to this Petco to purchase a gift, however this particular stuffed toy was sitting in a stroller with only the price of the stroller advertised. I went up to cash register where Nichelle, employee #144955 was running the register and asked her for a price check. While I was explaining to her that the day before there was a member price sale, and I was wanting to know the Petco member price of this particular item as there are member discounts on some items. Nichelle seemed flustered in general, and by her inability to: 1. perform a simple task, 2. the business of the store, and that, 3. as the only black person in the store, that a black women had the absolute gall to ask her to do what she was hired for, and was paid to do.\n\nIn asking her to assist me in a basic task she was unable to perform, Nichelle lashed out and said I was being “rude”. At which point is asked her “I’m being rude by asking you to help me?” Nichelle then stated she had been helping the man in front of me, who had walked away from the register to continue to shop, and that my “persistence” was “rude.”\n\nIncompetence, bias and ignorance reveals itself when under pressure.\n\nThis kind of profiling in this store is a pattern. The day or two before I’d visited the store to buy a various items, and a one point noticed I was being surreptitiously watched by an employee as I looked through a clothes rack (check your own cameras and see for yourselves).\n\nThe sad part of this is that I’ve also had good experiences at this store. There are people whom work there that are very helpful, and will go out of their way to be of assistance. However, it only takes one bad apple, like Nichelle and the young lady who profiled me the day or two before, to spoil the whole bunch.
