If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a fish from here a few days later it died of ick. In the process my son’s goldfish caught ick so I started treating it. 3 days later my sons goldfish also dies. I go back to the store they say yeah it’s a distributor issue there’s nothing we can do about it. They gave be a refund for the fish I bought and sold me another goldfish for my son. They checked it over for me before leaving the store and said it should be fine. I should also mention I bought a tank specifically for this fish because I didn’t trust them. Well the next day it has a tiny white spot on its tail fin. I immediately start treating for ick AGAIN and within the next 48 hours this fish is also dead. I AGAIN go to the store to speak to the store manager who comes over and says there’s nothing we can do so I asked if I could speak to someone higher up than him and he tells me that if I talked to someone at cooperate “that they would care a hell of a lot less than I would” but yet their motto is anything for pets right? They are still selling sick fish to people and not saying anything!! There is no sign up stating the fish are being treated for anything or they are sick at all. I understand it’s just a fish but I didn’t go there to buy a fish and literally watch it die 3 days later. I bought it with the intent of it living a good life and taking care of it like a responsible pet owner because I enjoy owning fish. Seriously PetSmart do better.

We went to pick up an online order at this location since our favorite location was out of stock of the product we needed. I was blown away with how rude the associate was with the process of picking up the order! His tone was extremely rude. When guests come in he should be a little bit kinder and explain the process before snapping at someone when they are picking up their order. I will steer clear if this location!

The store staff members are FANTASTIC. The grooming staff was very unfriendly, no greetings, just stared until we talked and were very cold from start to finish. Our dog's nose was bleading when we picked him up and they said "it was from washing a scab he already had"...huh, must have been scrubbbed pretty hard to make this happen because the scab was from him playing days ago and weve thrown out that toy, so no way for it to be a new scar. His nose is practically bald so its not like they wouldn't have been able to see a scab and treat it gently. Whatever the truth is, they didn't even tell us, instead WE had to ask what happened when we picked him up. Even a staff member was concerned. Our dog was not happy like he normally is after the groomers at other Petsmart locations. We will NOT be bringing our dog back to this location until there is new staff and we feel our dog will be safe and we will be treated like customers instead of an inconvenience. We didn't even leave a tip. It's further away but I recommend the University Hills petsmart groomers; it's worth the drive.

Our sweet girl looks so good! Nolan is the best groomer we’ve had for a doodle cut and our 3 year old girl has had her fair share. We will definitely be requesting him moving forward.

Update your store hours on the website. I drove 25 minutes to your location and it was not open yet. Website says 7am to 9pm. Actual store hours are 9am-9pm.
