My anxious dog always comes out happy, clean, and healthy looking. We’ve had great experiences with various different groomers and never had an unpleasant visit. The “visit report cards” are also a delightful keepsake my son loves to receive each time. Thank you for taking such good care of my precious baby!

One of the nicest pet stores I've been in very polite people\nWe'll be going there again.👍👍👍

Brooklyn is so sweet. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs with her and they always come out looking so cute. She does a great job grooming to our dogs. We have two little Havapoos.

Groomers are top notch. Our terrier has several skin tags but they are always very careful with him and he always looks fanTAStic when we pick him up!

Despite our request for a specific cut and a gentle touch due to our dog's recent surgery, the results were unacceptable. Our dog was shaved entirely and unevenly, but more concerningly, she was handled so roughly that she required two veterinary visits for bruised and bleeding skin and ears. She is currently on a course of steroids to recover from these injuries.\nI am deeply upset that our request for care resulted in such a brutal experience and significant medical expenses. The groomer, S, never talked to us and all the communication with her before and after the cut was trough the person in the front. So upsetting.
