I was a little nervous how he would do during his groom, he did fantastic and the ladies did a wonderful job on him! He’s tired out for sure but we will definitely be back! Thank You so much for taking care of my anxious fur baby and not forgetting about his extra hind toes! He needs people who are patient with him and able to understand him! We are both extremely happy with his groom, he can’t wait to show it off to his friends!

Tonight at the store associates Karen and Justin went above and beyond to help me with a return and new order. Really kind people and really just wanted to give them a shout out for being so awesome.

Staff is usually very nice but they THREW AWAY my reserved items. Not restocked, not sent back, trashed in the dumpster behind the store! I was even a few mins early for pickup!

I brought my chocolate lab puppy to get groomed at 2:00pm it was 6:00pm and we never got a call so we had to call to see if he was ready so god knows how long he was waiting for. When we picked him up his eyes and on top of his nose was super red and scratched. They told us it was the kennel but another employee told us something else even the manager nobody own up to hurting our puppy. DO NOT bring your puppy here.
