Kinda sucked..\n\nI paid for the furminator de shedding option and i’m pretty sure they didn’t do that. I got home to brush my dogs hair and in 2 mins I took out what you see in this picture.. My dog has short hair and is super easy to de shed so i’m almost positive they didn’t even brush her. I also paid for the fall package and didn’t receive anything that comes with it.. I had to go back to get my coupon book and the bandanna. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely not going back. 2 stars only cause I guess they did bathe her ok.. doubt they also cut her nails though. Waste of money..

I paid $217 for two poodle grooms and left furious. One of my dogs, Alice, had her entire ears shaved bald — no call, no warning. When I asked why, they said I signed a consent form. Cool — even if I did, a 10-second phone call would’ve been nice. Especially since the groomer herself admitted this was her first time cutting a poodle like this.\n\nMy other dog’s cut was CHOPPY, uneven, and clearly rushed. And this was supposedly their “lead” groomer.\n\nThe manager backed her and refused a refund. Corporate ignored me. I had to dispute the charge with Amex to get my money back.\n\nDon’t risk your dog here. They do what’s convenient for them — not what’s right for your pet.

Went in for cat food, and decided we would get a guinea pig. By we I mean my 9 year old son. We as for help, and yes they were busy but I was told someone would be right over. Around 1205 pm. 1225 comes around and still no help so I ask again. 1235 I ask a guy in the aisle, he tells me "the person with the key is on lunch" 1239 I go to the registers again and I'm told they're off lunch and coming to help me now. They come over and ask if I have a cage, to which I say no, I'm going to buy one after here. Cages there were well over $50 before tax, and on sale for 20% off even. I was told I would need to go buy one. I left and bought a cage, food, snacks, two heavy metal bowls and come back after spending $65, to be told that I need to show them proof of purchase or show them the cage before they allow me to buy a guinea pig. Now my issue is that I could have been told about the cage issue before I waited 40 minutes, I would have went and bought it and come back. I told the manager that it was unreasonable to ask me to come back or buy a cage there. So overall I spent over an hour and a half to buy an animal, when I can go buy marijuana and alcohol with less hassle? This is insane, and you would think a man in his 30s with a child standing next to him who served his country in a combat zone would be able to buy a pet, that I can order online for less hassle... your employee was absolutely rude when literally I called the policy stupid, and refused to show a teenager proof of a cage... how you going to be rude when I'm not even rude to you and you wasted my morning. Either way petsmarts policy sucks, and I'm also writing to corporate because apparently I have time to waste

I scheduled an appointment to get my puppy groomed and her haircut. When I first walked in the woman was extremely condescending and rude. I told them that my puppy might wiggle a lot and they did not take that into consideration. They weren’t able to cut her hair so I paid $45 for a trim and blow out which I could have done at home. The main purpose of my appointment was to get her hair cut. I won’t be going back to them

Came to buy 2 parakeets today. Xmas eve.\nWaited 20 minutes, so all three people at the register could pretend it was busy. Doesnt take 3 people to check 8 people out.\nWhen the finally came to help after I asked for the manager. The man there refused to sell me the parakeets because I already have some at home.. told me they can be sold when theyre are others at home because of cross contamination. Which is B.S.. and once I pay for the birds, how I introduce them to my other birds Is non of anyone buy my business.\nThe only thing I was able to buy myself for Christmas i was denied.. Thanks Alot.
