PetSmart

I enjoy going to PetSmart in Canarise because it's quieter than Petco, and the PetSmart in Green Acres, which helps my pups stay calm and comfortable while we shop. They are slowly getting all the premium dog food brands- and flavors, like Honest, Instinct, Orjens, and Stella and Chewy. I prefer fresh, frozen dog food, like the Farmer's Dog. However, I do use the raw, freeze-dried dog food for their treats. Those are the only brands I use alongside their food.

I recently took my cat Waffle, to PetSmart for a bath, brush, and nail trim. I scheduled the appointment through their app, which was very convenient and easy to use. When I arrived for my 10:30 a.m. appointment, there was a short wait—about 5 to 10 minutes—but nothing too bothersome.\n\nThe staff let me know it would take around three hours, so I did some instore shopping and came back right on time. Waffle was ready when I returned, and everything had gone smoothly. He looked clean, well-groomed, and happy! Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’ll definitely continue using their grooming services. Shout out to their Avenue D location in Brooklyn.

Good spot to get fish for my aquarium. I bought guppies 2 years ago and they're still doing well. I got White Cloud Mountain Minnows a year ago and they're also still doing well. Their aquariums are a good deal when they have the 50% off sale.

Every time I came in store Antonio the manager feel like he is too inferior to help costumers. It was literally nobody in the store. I asked him to get me like three or four fish. He always tell me what I don’t need to get because he don’t wanna retrieve the fish for me. Instead, he asked a person that was next to him that just got into the area so meaning I had to wait more minutes and today is my daughter‘s birthday. He sucks as the manager. Pets smart needs another manager because Antonio is not it. He makes me not want to come here anymore

The staff was courteous and gave my dog a great wash and sanitary around his butt, cleaned his ears, brushed his teeth, smoothed his nails down. He's a happy pooch, and I'm sure you will enjoy their prompt service!
