We came to use the self-serve washing stations, and it was awesome! Our dog is usually terrified to be groomed but it helped a lot that we could be with her. Highly recommend.

My dog LOVES it here! I had tried many groomers before finding this place and she would shake with fear when I dropped her off and picked her up. Here I noticed that she is calm and happy!! This is unique and wonderful! They do a great job of taking gentle care of my dog when grooming her. Also they always have her walk out with a stylish Bandana which my dog LOVES because she is a very fashionable Australian labradoodle :) thank you to Ania and Jessica 💕💕💕💕 highly recommend!

Me and my families new puppy "Three" had an amazing time at BFF Petwash. The care and concern they showed for him was amazing. They have earned a long-term customer in us.

First time was good and I referred a friend there but second and last time they hurt my poodle and she was in pain for three days with swollen private part. Owner is nice but this is unacceptable.

Honestly, went for the first time and it was easy, the staff was friendly, and my pug came back with a pep in her step! First time visit and making this our new go-to pet wash in the neighborhood!
