Dog Days of New York

We are so lucky to have found Dog Days of New York. We have boarded our GSD/Lab mix Darla there many times. She loves going there, especially that she gets to sleep on the couch. Everyone there is very friendly and take great care of her. We are especially happy with the grooming done by Anna and Tony. They take their time and do a great job de-shedding and sending her back smelling fantastic.

Anna is a fantastic groomer! She is gentle and takes her time with my senior dog, who hates to be groomed. When you make an appointment with Anna, the time slot is reserved specifically for your dog, so they will never have to wait in a cage, like at Petsmart and other grooming salons.

I’ve been a professional dog trainer in the Upper West side since 2015. There are only 2 dog daycares I regularly recommend, and this one is the first.

We are so happy with the grooming offered by Anna. She grooms our 4 year old Havanese and does a beautiful job. We had some bad grooming experiences before finding Dog Days so our Luna was very anxious about getting groomed. Anna is calm and welcoming and Luna is now much happier getting groomed. Anna does a thorough groom and understands if Luna has mats or other issues and helps us with them. It’s always a pleasant experience for me.

I started visiting Dog Days of New York, as Anna the groomer has been taking care of my dog, Finn, since he was a puppy. She is absolutely fantastic, caring and takes her time with him. My dog is now 10 years old, and his coat still looks like the coat of a young dog, thanks to Anna's good care. Finn loves her and is always excited to see her. I do not trust my dog with many people, but Anna is one of the few that I trust wholeheartedly.
