This was one of the best grooming experiences my dog has ever had. He’s a bit much to handle when getting groomed. However, she made me feel that he was in good hands and took care of him. Absolutely making this my number one Groomer.

I had a wonderful experience with this groomer for my two Ragdolls, Venus and Apollo. Venus was feeling a little sassy that day, but the groomer handled her with so much patience and care. Apollo, on the other hand, was calm and relaxed throughout, and she was just as gentle and attentive with him. It’s clear she truly understands cats and knows how to adjust to their different personalities. Both of my cats looked amazing afterward and were well cared for the entire time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate cat groomer.

This is honestly the BEST haircut my Mochi has ever gotten. The level of skill technique it took to get her coat this even? Amazing!!\n\nThanks Lola! Our first groom in NYC- very pleased to say we have found our go-to for all future cuts!

Absolutely wonderful experience! She is incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate, especially with dogs who may be nervous or need extra care. You can truly tell she loves what she does and treats every dog as if it were her own. My pup came home looking great, calm, and happy — which says everything. The attention to detail, gentle handling, and genuine care really set her apart. I highly recommend Lovely to anyone looking for someone they can fully trust with their furry family member. 🐶💖
