This shop is next level - anyone at the counter and you will have incredible customer service!! They really care about your pet, and your experience!\nI had my two puppies groomed recently after having wonderful customer experiences with the front of house staff - and the groomer is equally amazing!! 🤩\nThey did exactly as I asked, and my pups came out looking so dang cute (and smelled great too!) I 10000% trust them with my babies any day!

Great Store always fully stocked with healthy and quality food for my frenchie. But what makes this place even more special is their super kind passionate loving 🥰 grooming services. As a cleaning expert I give this place 5⭐️

I’ve been shopping at this dog store for a while now, and it’s always been a great experience. They carry helpfully stuff for every need, whether it’s food, toys, grooming, or health products. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to guide you in the right direction. What really stands out is their great selection—you’ll find options for every type of dog and budget. On top of that, they offer competitive prices compared to other pet stores in the area. Definitely my go-to spot for everything my pup needs!

We visited Pal’s La Pet Shop today for the very first time as first-time puppy owners, and the experience truly exceeded every expectation.\nOur puppy received a full shower and grooming, and it was done with so much love, patience, and care. You could genuinely feel that she was in kind and experienced hands the entire time. The woman who groomed her was incredibly sweet, informative, and warm. She shared so much helpful advice, explained everything thoughtfully, and made us feel comfortable and confident as new owners.\nThey also helped us choose the best treats, a leash, and other essential items, making sure everything was safe, appropriate, and high quality for a puppy. We left feeling supported, reassured, and really grateful.\nIf you’re a new pet owner or even an experienced one, this place is a true gem. Caring, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We will absolutely be coming back. 🐾💛

We like Pals! Wish we lived closer, but I do shop here when I go to CCA which is next door. The owner is nice and I have successfully used their delivery service.
