Pawtails Pet Sitting Services took amazing care of my pets while I was away. From the very beginning, they were professional, reliable, and clearly passionate about animals. They kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind knowing my pets were happy and well cared for.\n\nThe attention to detail and personalized care really stood out. My pets were comfortable, relaxed, and received plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. It's obvious that Pawtails Pet Sitting Services treats every pet as if they were their own.\n\nI highly recommend Pawtails Pet Sitting Services to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable pet care. I will definitely be using their services again!

Kate is a wealth of knowledge about animals and animal healthcare and is so generous with sharing this knowledge. I felt so overwhelmed trying to figure out where to start learning about how to best care for my disabled dog and she took the time to share so much information and provide referrals and resources. She clearly loves animals of all kinds and is passionate about lifelong learning and teaching others how to best care for their fur babies.

I contacted Kate for dog sitting. While we were unfortunately too far outside of her service area, she called me within a few minutes of my request for a quote and spent time on the phone with me to help find a good referral closer to my zip code. I really appreciated her taking the time to do that for us and our pup!

Kate and her team are excellent and I highly recommend them. She genuinely care so much for her clients (and their humans). I made a mistake and left off a day of care for my kitty and Kate was able to accommodate a last minute. Kate was so understanding.

TRUST. That’s what all pet parents are searching for when we have to leave our constant companion, our love, with another. In my case I’ve trusted her with my home too. We leave vulnerable and Kate and company come through for us. You can trust her to keep her word. First I booked our flight then Kate, 5 months early! When something came up at our time, we discussed it and Kate graciously recommitted to our earlier agreement. She’s a pro’s pro. This is our fifth multi day/overnight visit. If Kate couldn’t be there for us I would have canceled the trip. Four years ago there was an incident but we worked it out and I reiterate, all there is is trust and I trust Kate absolutely.
