We had an amazing experience with Lacey from Serenity Dog Spaw, and I can’t recommend them enough! They did an incredible job grooming Toshi, our Shiba Inu, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.\n\nThey were fast to respond and were able to book us an appointment on short notice, which we really appreciated. The appointment reminders were clear and helpful, making everything easy and stress-free. They were understanding and kind even though we were 15 min late. When we arrived, the grooming space was clean, calm, and well-organized, and the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly gentle with Toshi.\n\nToshi came out looking like a fluffy all-star ✨ They did an outstanding job with deshedding, which is no small task for a Shiba Inu, and they even added a festive, adorable bandanna that was such a sweet touch. You can tell they truly care about the dogs they work with.\n\nOn top of the excellent service, their prices were very reasonable, and the grooming was completed quickly without feeling rushed. Lacey did an amazing job with my boy! She asked questions, listened to me talk about him, gave him love and treats to make him feel safe, everything you’d want for your anxious pup! She was great with communication during the whole grooming process as well. His fur is so soft and the cut is so cute. Definitely coming back! I love the individual attention he got from Lacey from start to finish. Super great experience!
