My baby always looks so great when I take him to James! He always takes care of my Henny boy. Not only does he make sure everything is perfect but also feels good leaving my dog in good hands.

James is the best of the best. He’s been seeing my goldendoodle regularly since she was a puppy. There is no one more caring, thoughtful and talented! Our dog runs to him each appointment because she’s so happy to see him.

Brought my little Penny here for the first time today! She’s a very anxious pup so I’m always nervous taking her to new places, but James was super sweet and attentive with her so I felt much better. She came out super clean and had the cutest puppy haircut! Highly recommend!

James had been grooming my dogs for decades! My Golden gets so many compliments after she gets her "hair done" - clean and puppy fresh.

James came highly recommended by a fellow dog parent who overheard me talking about looking for a place to get our baby girl Leelu a birthday grooming. Leelu is a chihuahua terrier mix so she has a wispy undercoat that makes her look like an old dog, and all I wanted was a trim so she'd look her age (she'd just turned 1).\n\nI read reviews online so I didn't have trouble finding the place (it's behind El Comal Mexican Restaurant). When I got there, I was greeted by a lovely gray cat, who was very friendly and even Leelu (who had a bad first experience with cats so avoids them altogether) felt comfortable enough to play with him a little. There was also a calm white kitty sitting on the counter.\n\nJames came in shortly after and after talking a bit, I realized why he was so highly recommended. He absolutely loves animals. Tattoos with paw prints, very well groomed and put together himself, can't help but take in rescues. As we talked he was grooming a poodle and by the time we were done, it looked 100% better than it did when I first saw it.\n\nDespite it being short notice, he was able to fit Leelu in for grooming the next day (I came in on Friday, Leelu's birthday party was on Sunday). I told him what i wanted, he gave me a quote that was much lower than I was expecting to pay, and we were on our merry way.\n\nThe next day was very easy. I dropped Leelu off and James expressed, again, how cute and calm she was. After about an hour, I got a text saying she was ready and when I picked her up, I couldn't help but text my boyfriend and several friends that I had traded leelu in for a younger model because she looked amazing! She smelled very lovely, her fur was nice and soft again, her nails didn't scratch, and I was able to see her eyes again. I was very satisfied and so was Leelu. At her birthday party, she received nothing but compliments.\n\nI very highly recommend this place. James is incredible and i will definitely be coming back for the quality of services and prices. Can't wait to see once the place is redone!
