What pet parents say

I am so happy to have found Natalia. She is an expert at her craft, and is knowledgeable on animal behavior. She took her time with my shy kiddo, who after his first visit was already noticeably more comfortable his second groom. She took the time to study the breed before his visit, and educated me on some grooming specifics for Tamlin. He is our only child, so I can say this experience was like going to a child's first haircut. The attention, care, and quality that Natalia promotes in her grooming is the best. She has a passion for what she does, and that's what makes her the best in Portland.

"I recently took my Lagotto Romagnolo boy named Pinot, to “Joyful Pet Grooming “ and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Pinot came back looking and feeling amazing! Nataliya Babin (Certified Master Groomer) was incredibly gentle and patient with him, and she really understood the needs of his breed. His curly coat was perfectly groomed, and he looked absolutely adorable! I appreciate how she took the time to ensure Pinot was comfortable throughout the grooming process. Highly recommend “Joyful Pet Grooming” for anyone looking for top-notch care for their furry friend!"

I've been getting my greyhound girls' nails trimmed for a couple of months now, going to Nataliya at Joyful Pet. She is so darling, and talks to the dogs in such a sweet voice. They Love her! I love her! She has also bathed them, and what a difference. My first time to have a professional do the job! I highly recommend Joyful Pet!!

Nataliya is the best! We've been to groomers in five different states and Nataliya was the first to know how to professionally groom a Brittany. She was very courteous and thoughtful with every element. We're so happy to have found her!!
