Owner has always been unfriendly, and a couple times downright rude. However the cut for my dog, was fine. I went there for 8 years and was satisfied with the work they did. That all changed today I will never go back again. They did not even groom my dog. When my husband got home we both noticed immediately. We just looked at Bella dumbfounded, and could not figure out what the heck happened. I immediately called and the owner gave me some ridiculous reason as why they couldn't. Saying that my dog would not allow her to blow dry my dog and so she couldn't cut her hair, blah blah blah however they did take my $80 dollars. One might think since they are professional groomers and had groomed my particular dog for over 8 years, they can figure it out, if that's even what happened which I find hard to believe. However today they couldn't handle my 15 lb maltipoo? My husband said when he got home this morning after dropping Bella off with them that owner appeared to be in a bad mood, not too out of character, but my husband does not talk that way about people unfortunately they lost a loyal customer. shame on them for taking my $80. My husband didn't notice until he was driving home with her and had already paid. Very very poor customer service\n\nUPDATE\nI appreciate you not pushing my dog not sure what you mean about pushing a dog for the owners desire or whatever. I understand things happen absolutely but to accept full payment and not one mention of any issue to me lacks basic communication. It all would have been fine if you had just said something or maybe a discount or anything. But water under the bridge now

My Scarlett went in for her first cut. I know she was probably a terror to work with: she’s afraid of strangers, doesn’t like other dogs, or anything in terms of grooming. But when I came in she looked amazing. I’m shocked they were even able to do it. I’m very happy with the service they provided. The price was great, the people were nice, and my baby looks amazing. 🤍

I’ve been bringing my senior Persian/Himalayan mix cat Toby here for his summer cut for a couple of years. The staff always does a great job of listening to what I want for him and executing it well. He comes home looking and smelling great. They’re also the most reasonably priced groomer I’ve found in not just the Beaverton area, but in the greater Portland area in general! The staff seem to love him and I feel 100% confident leaving him in their care. I’m not sure if it’s on their website, but be advised they only take cash or check as payment.

The staff is nice, but we got a subpar Airedale breed specific cut. It looks like her backside was sloppily scissor cut instead of shaven. The whole groom is very uneven. I’ve gotten better cuts at Petco on Evergreen Pkwy. Will not be going back. Oh and payment method is cash or check only.

We have a husky which are no easy task when it comes to grooming. They did such an amazing job with Rocky! First, they got him in with less than a day’s notice. He came home smelling and looking like a new dog. His coat is so soft and all of the excess hair is gone. You can tell the staff care about your pet and I can’t recommend them enough!
