This is a *much overdue* glowing review as we have trusted Pounce and Play with our girl a couple of times now. Every stay has been wonderful! The owner and staff are the loveliest people who truly care and provide the utmost care and attention. They also send daily pictures and updates, which gives so much peace of mind while away! Our girl has always come home healthy, relaxed, and well cared for. I'm very grateful to have them here in Portland. Top notch, the best and trustworthy!

We LOVE Pounce Play and Stay — we’ve been using them for almost 3 years, and they’ve been absolutely phenomenal with our cat. Every time we pick him up, he somehow seems happier and more relaxed than when we dropped him off.\n\nThey send daily photos and personalized updates, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. Most importantly, you can truly feel the genuine care and love they have for the cats they look after. It’s clear this isn’t just a business to them — they really treat each cat like family.\n\nWe wouldn’t trust anyone else with our cat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and attentive place for their pet.

I’ve placed my girl Kofta here on several occasions now and highly recommend this to anyone considering a pet boarding service! You get thorough, daily updates with pics/texts and I’m truly in a peace of mind whenever I’m traveling! She might even enjoy this place better than our own house since it’s a literal cat playground 😹 the team does a great job communicating and handling any issues. Thank you!

I travel frequently and I board my cat at Pounce Play and Stay every time! Sega loves being there. No stress for me about his care. The proprietors love having him, and it shows with their care for all their clients. Every day that my cat is there, they send me photos and comments about what my boy is up to. And I have an anxiety-free trip knowing Sega is being pampered and loved.

In terms of cat boarding - Pounce is the wholly grail. Windy and staff are pros and absolutely LOVE cats! I felt very comfortable and over-joyed to see my boy playing with other cats while I was away. We certainly both had a great vacation. 100% would recommend to others.
